I needed to send an arrangement out of my state. I called 1-800 florist and I couldn't get someone to speak English very well, so he told me to call back in an hour. I then called FTD and they are in the Caribbean, no thank you. I finally found a Fantastic Florist Phillip's Flowers. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and very helpful. I told her what I was looking for. She made a beautiful arrangement and was delivered the next day on time. I highly recommend Phillip's Flowers and I will continue to use them. They advertise that they are a trusted local flower shop. Do not trust them. I bought an expensive poinsetta arrangement for my family that had a huge ribbon on it and big candy canes. When I bought the poinsetta home and presented it to my family on the dining room table; a bunch of leaves fell off. Upon taking the huge ribbon off and the big candy canes; we found they hid a bunch of dead leaves. My wife was very saddened while my daughters laughed so hard because they thought it was a joke. I had to tell them all the money that I paid for the poinsetta which made be sick to my stomach. We watered the very sick plant every day; and within a week; the poinsetta completely died. It greatly saddens me how deceiving they were to cover up a dying sick plant and had the nerve to sell it to a customer. Especially for the Holidays; they have no heart to do somthing like this to a long time loyal customer and to my family. They are so money hungry. read more

I have been to Philip's twice and both times I have been pleased with their customer service. The first time I went for my mothers birthday and picture in the post is the flowers I got. They came out well and where packaged carefully so they would not fall in the car ride. The second time I had gone during Valentine's Day around 1PM. They were extremely busy but still made a great effort to attend me in store. I had gotten orange roses and arranged to my liking. Wanted to send a friend who just got out of the hospital and happened to be her birthday something. I read reviews on Phillip's which were all positive. I ordered a plant that would have flowers within the plant. Once my friend received, I asked her to send me a photo, there were no flowers. For $75, I was really disappointed. I called Phillip's and spoke with Renee, she had "the right attitude" ........stating, "I want to make this right" she sure did. She sent my friend a small bouquet of flowers. This is customer service at its finest. My friend didn't know why I sent a plant and then a few days later a floral arrangement, I didn't say anything, just let her think I am a great friend! Helpful lady helped me finalize my selection, allowed me to customize the color of the arrangement and helped me select the right words to say. I felt she offered genuine feedback and knowledge and I did not feel as if she tried to upsale me beyond my budget. Designer did a lovely job of pulling it together. Arrangement looked lush, elegant and modern. I normally send flowers via one of the online floral companies where I subscribe to the annual club program and pay no delivery fees & service charges ect., however this arrangement was for a very special person and I simply was not satisfied with the stock options presented - I really wanted to align with the color palette of the ceremony as well as be able to incorporate her favorite color. Knowing that such companies operate as a central entity and relay to local florists in many cases anyway I decided to research a local florist on my own. I prefer Phillips Flowers because of the flower arrangements they prepare. The arrangement looks like the pictures shown on the website. I prefer Phillips over other local flower shops because those shops throw something together versus having prepared pictures of how your flower arrangement would look like and when they arrive - they look like something I could have prepared LOL. Phillips Flowers is true to what the pictures look like online and I prefer to have that over some crappy arrangement that flowers are not fully fitting the vase. read more

I've gone here before for custom front door wreaths and I was so pleased. I sent my inspiration picture to the shop. I missed a call from them so I called back and I spoke to Cindy. In my email I sent a picture of a $100 wreath and explained how I wanted that to be my inspiration and wanted to spend between $60-$80. When I spoke to her she simply said that "there is no way that they could make this type of wreath for less than $120". and that's it. She was rude. I was looking for I can't make this exact wreath for less $120 but these are the other options if you want to reduce the price such as less of this or that. my picture was an INSPIRATION picture. I was willing to spend up to $90 for a wreath with similar colors and textures. read more

The delivery woman delivered 3 huge vases of 25 lovey long-stemmed roses in each. They were an amazing surprise from our daughters for my birthday. The flowers are beautifully arranged with several kinds of leaves and baby's breath. The floral designer and arranger is a genius artisan! The delivery woman did an outstanding job in bringing each of these extremely heavy, and carefully cushioned and protected vases to our front door. Went in yesterday 430pm picked out some and today by 830 am 16 hours later they are completely wilted. Very disappointed!!! My husband sent me flowers from here. They were GORGEOUS!!! I don't think I've ever received such beautiful flowers, and never have I received so many compliments on flowers. The quality of the flowers was great, the arrangement was awesome. The one thing that really bugs me though was the delivery charge. My husband walked in and told the guy it was a 100 foot walk from the flower shop to my office. They still charged him the FULL delivery price to walk this super short distance. I don't know, but that seems kind of ridiculous. Other than that slightly bad call, the flowers were great. read more

Just as we were walking up to the front door we see someone dashing over to it, at first I thought wow they were going to greet us. But no, they ran up, locked the door and ran behind the counter. Apparently they close at 7.. it was 7:10 (we didn't know the hours and all the lights were on) and instead of greeting us and letting us know they were closed she ran up, locked, and ran back like we couldn't see her. Laughable. I can see why they are hiring, hopefully they will find someone with better customer service. And yes, I get they were closed, but it was rude of her to only acknowledge our existence by locking the door. We will go down the street to the shop with better yelp reviews. read more

Worked with Cyndi at Phillips for my wedding and cannot say enough good things. I had an eclectic vision that I had a hard time describing, but she understood it perfectly and made it come to life. She also helped me understand substitutions of flowers I could do to help keep things in my budget without sacrificing the overall look. Day of, everything was delivered where it needed to go on time. Cyndi and her team pinned all the boutonnieres to make sure they wouldn't fall, and helped arrange every centerpiece at the reception instead of just dropping them off. I don't think we told guests to take the centerpieces home, but at the end of the night, most people had! We heard so many compliments on our flowers and would recommend Phillips 100%. read more

Cyndi and her team did flowers for our March 2018 wedding. They were perfect. I didn't really know what I wanted when I went into the appointment and Cyndi was able to put together the perfect arrangements. We had centerpieces, flowers for an alter, candles and bridal party bouquets as well as flowers for the mother of the bride, grandmother and groomsmen. I used Phillips for my wedding this past August. Throughout the planning, I ordered boutonnieres, a bouquet for the Virgin Mary, and my bridal bouquet. Each order we placed came with confusion from the staff as to what the name was under, if we had paid yet or not, and some orders appeared to be lost. I paid around $120 for my bridal bouquet and I was not blown away with the size or the quality of the flowers. The boutonnieres were fine as well was the bouquet for the Virgin Mary. For the money we paid I was expecting a little bit more professionalism and quality. read more

If you hate and despise someone, send them a Phillips delivery. My wife received a delivery from them because of illness. The delivery driver chose to get on my three year old concrete driveway and leave a quart of oil he leaked on to it. At first the manager was copperative and sent a man out to clean, picture and help with it. He stated I will be back to help on 7-11-----I waited and found a note "2nd attempt" at what I dont know. I contacted Phillips(Bryan Phillips) on line and he referred me to his insurance co. Hortica// They sent a man out and he told me to get estimates and said 650.00 should close this. I got two estimates 846.00 and 980.00 in the two week period the insurance co sent a draft for 820.00 in settlement---I contacted Mr. Phillips on line again and told him shortage Ihad spent 80.00 plus the insurance shortage of 26.00 no resonse. So Mr Phillips I wish you a Phillips delivery.....I hope at least 10 people listen before they use you... read more

The customer service towards me by Mary was excellent!!! But I was taken back that after Mary helped me her co-worker yelled at her and seemed to belittle her like she didn't do a good enough job.
