I called from out of state needing a very specific design for a close friends funeral. Spoke to Nancy, the owner. Where customer service is impeccable. Since my Oder was so specific I had to wait a week for the wholesale place to get what o wanted. Not a big deal at all. I asked for a photo before sending it so I could be sure it was done exactly like the photo I presented to them. She said they don't do that but promised me it would be same and especially since they are ordering exact from the wholesaler. Again customer service is impeccable. They called me ahead to confirm delivery and called recipient to confirm. All went perfect. But, when I asked my friend to send a pic, it was not like the pic I asked them to follow. I asked for a dozen calla lilies with ferns, then purple hydrangeas around the base in a green opaque vase!!! Super specific, I said they could use purple carnations too. I now don't think there was a need for special order I think they might have been busy and waited till after a wedding they may have been doing and then used flowers they had on hand because I never once asked for any version of pink and they added pink and purple integrated either the white which I didn't want!!!! While I love the customer service and the flowers looked pretty, it's not my specific instructions So bummed and disappointed!! read more

Ordered flowers for a dear uncles funeral. The flower arrangement I ordered didn't match the picture on their website in person. Purchased the deluxe and they delivered the standard. They did add a ribbon with the family name on it, as I asked, which was done beautifully. The arrangement didn't arrive before the visitation started but they did arrive before I did so that was great. Ordered flowers for my dear aunt as well from them. I noticed that they charge less than other florists but more for delivery so it evens out in a way. read more

She was also able to incorporate Bells of Ireland as centerpieces to honor my husband's Irish heritage. My bouquet had many different types of flowers and was very dynamic. But no. The salesperson with attention to detail put together an excellent bouquet while I looked around at the shop and Halloween decorations that were pretty cool , unique.
