Once we agreed to use their services I was immediately called by Sam for laser measurements. Sam came on 6/18. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved. All workers wore masks as well.

She explained that we were looking at oversized slabs (engineered quartz which we requested) to minimize seams. We also looked in their own yard for smaller pieces for other rooms. Initially, we were going to do only the kitchen. Their prices were better than expected so we expanded to include the butler's pantry and the master bathroom. Joe came out and measured. He answered all our questions (I was concerned about damage to the backsplash in the kitchen). While there was some damage to the drywall in the bathroom, that was easily remedied after the installation. He and his team worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Grouted very nicely between the countertop and backsplash. No broken tiles in backsplash. Joe is a perfectionist and measured the kitchen more than once to ensure a perfect fit.
