Ace lost out on over $200 worth of product. I get it, no one wants to work in 2026... but I happened to be working and you made my work day so difficult. But Home Depot profited even more money. I pray this ace hardware location closes down. If you had surgery the day prior and you know you already give piss poor customer service as it is; maybe you should have stayed home.

Why were they still on the shelf if they had been purchased. They did me wrong and they lied about it. They had false advertisement and treated me unfair and rude. I'll never shop there again and I will never encourage anyone else. They are the absolute worst. Don't waste your time there. Once I got inside I realized that it's basically a small Walmart. The only thing missing is the automotive department. Of course they don't have the same selection as a larger store like home Depot or Lowe's, but I quickly noticed that pretty much everything I needed for my small projects could be found here. After perusing the aisles for a while, I realized that I probably won't need to go to Walmart nearly as much. The staff is super friendly and the prices are on the low side. The gentleman in the lawn and garden section was very patient when educating me on garden plants. I highly recommend checking out Houston hardware and garden center before heading to one of the superstores in Warner robins. They probably have what you need here for cheaper.

J and I went today, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's a gift shop-hardware store hybrid, so that amongst pest control, heavy duty cleaners, and drill bits, you'll find scented candles and gourmet consumables. We had just come from AuburnArt.com, The Villager, and Whapsody, so we were all candled-out, but we ended up buying Wickles and Not Yo' Mama's hot sauce. I only had minimal interaction with the cashier, but he seemed like a nice guy. This is all good stuff since my last local hardware store experience was less that stellar [cough cough, Five Points Hardware in Birmingham]. Now I can say I've purchased hot sauce at a hardware store. Love.
