Whenever I come here, I grab what I need and head out because the inventory is just so cramped up and not organized. The store is split in two down the aisle. You can't go across the main aisle because there's inventory blocking every step. If they would clear it out and organize it more, it would seem more bearable to walk around the store. Things are decently priced, but majority of their books are overpriced. I do like how they have a sales selection, though small, it's better than nothing. I'll continue to come here only because it's the only bookstore but I do wish they could organize it better.

My 73 year old husband to several large boxes of books to them. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to offer any kind of assistance. He was forced to bring in heavy boxes and unload them into their boxes and then have many refused and forced to rebox them and carry them out only to find out that they would notify at some point if they would take them. I've noticed people opening them to get the new ones before they're outdated. As I type this mid-January, Halloween decorating magazines are still out, Christmas cooking and decor magazines still in boxes. One female staffer snapped at me for looking through open boxes of unshelved mags that "she's working on it!" This mystery worker was nowhere in sight. Why didn't the snapping staffer work on it instead of walking around biting at customers? On the plus side, there are probably a dozen different Harry Styles magazines everywhere and up at checkout counters so if you're into that silliness, you'll be pleased to know what they prioritize. Not a store for serious readers.

Everyone is so helpful and smiling, eager to assist you if you need help finding something but they don't hound you while you are browsing, they just let you look for as long as you want. They may walk by and notice you are looking for a certain item and ask as they pass if they can assist you but without pressuring you. I could shop in that store all day long. If I was rich I would spend my money right there. You can find things to decorate your house with and pretty clothes, esp for kids and pretty gifts for any kind of event. If you haven't been in the store you need to go!
