Absolutely terrible service. We order through the kiosk/screen at the counter and we waited forever for our order. A total of 20 minutes when there were only two other customers ahead of us. One man was cooking for The Deli (one side of the establishment is for hero's/sandwiches/salads and another for Philly cheesesteak) and when I inquired if I was on the right side to received my order he nodded yes, proceeded to walked to the back of the shop and came back with a lady that had the energy of a ghost inhabiting a crowded room, she slowly started making all the orders that apparently were not made yet. I want to make special note about her absolute apathy and lack of energy, not to mention her facial expression of being absolutely lost, miserable plus she moved so slow it was ridiculous. iIt was super obvious she didn't wanna be there and definitely not wanting to do anything. AirPort food needs to be served quickly not 28 mins later. This place should warn of their slow turnaround. It's not even an actual restaurant where one sits down. Also cooking conditions not very sanitary. You shouldn't grill and mix raw chicken and other things together imo. Another customer was also upset about this. read more

The Philly sandwich was good. Was it worth almost $18, absolutely not. You won't get as much meat as you would an actually Philly place I've been too. The attitude of the staff was awful ad for $21 you ger ground beef in a cruddy bun. It tastes nothing like a cheesecake. Avoid thispkace.

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I've eaten and an equally dismal service experience. $22+ of disappointment. Somehow my super greasy sandwich was dry, the mayo packets were impossible to open, the ingredients didn't quite get pushed down into the bread and everything fell out when opened. The whole process took at least 25 minutes.
