I think if the websites show everything on it, they should list that some items are not available at all locations. I then found the New Orleans Muffaletta that sounded wonderful, but it said it had prosciuttini on it; I'm familiar and LOVE prosciutto so I started my order and said that I had never had that before, but I assumed it was pretty similar to prosciutto. She told me that that it was a peppered ham, but was not on the sandwich. I said it clearly says it's on a sandwich and she looked at the menu board and said well it doesn't, it has capicola. I stepped away and looked up what prosciuttini was, and it was not described anything like a peppered ham or like she described. I was to the point of not wanting to order anything, but since my husband and son were with me and they wanted something, I asked her if I could see what it looked like so I can make a decision. She held it up and it didn't look anything different than regular ham. I decided to get it anyway, and I asked her if it could be made like the menu described. She stared at the menu board for a minute and thought about it and decided it was OK to do it that way. That seemed like the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard; if the menu shows what is on it and you seem to make it differently than what it's supposed to be, wouldn't you expect it to make it as it says on the menu without question - I'm not modifying anything! It turned out to be a very nice sandwich. The bread was fresh, the lunch meat was fresh, and even the muffaletta was good, albeit not drained much, so it was very oily. My husband had a Kong and thought it was very good as well. Just to clarify, she was not rude or anything like that, she was actually a nice person. I just think the whole thing was insane that I was being told I was wrong. I would go back again.

Perhaps this was a key factor to my positive initial impressions since I spent minimal time waiting in the hot sun and more importantly, I got my food quickly after ordering! I must say - my hypothesis that a no frills food truck produces over the top superb food was proven here today! My Philly cheesesteak with so piping hot and delicious - very soft warm bun and all the legit Philly cheesesteak ingredients! My side order of fries topped with chili was the perfect complement - again piping hot and love that meaty chili balanced with the right amount of beans! Another good add to the Greystone Food Truck rotation! I recommend that you check it out!

However, when dinner time came around I was hungry! and the convenience factor could not be beat. Luckily the owner was so friendly and was happy to answer all of my questions. She makes all of her food to order and even has vegan options! I ended up ordering a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo with a side of fries. It was all so tasty! The chicken had tasty herbs and spices and the fries were great! I saw them being freshly friend but they somehow tasted like they were baked? And the portion was really generous! I'm so happy I didn't pass up on this truck, it's definitely worth a try!
