I had an IPA named Thank Frank that was about average for a West Coast style IPA and my pal had a couple of their darker offerings that he wasn't impressed with. Our server was nice and gave a great recommendation to add the pepper hash. She wasn't the fastest at coming to check on our beers so we bailed. The dog is cooked on a griddle in front of you as you wait. This adds a nice char flavor to the dog, something that the boiled, "dirty water" dogs lack.
