We did everything by phone and email. (We had been to Christmas parties that they catered, so we already knew the quality.) We had heavy hors d'oeuvres since it was outdoors. Jeff made recommendations on food and quantity based on our needs. They showed up promptly, with everything they needed, from tables, trash cans, oven, cooktops, napkins, etc. It was amazing. In one hour they had got and fresh food ready to serve. We also used the bartender service, which was worth every penny. The quests loved it. Everyone was very sweet, professional and they patrolled the area to make sure everyone was good. They then packed everything up and most importantly CLEANED UP! They even took their trash away with them. Oh and did I mention the food was fantastic and the amount was perfect. We had very little left over. All of our quest raved about the food! I am writing this review specifically to praise Adam and his team for their incredible work catering my niece's wedding this past May at the River Hotel in Southport. This was a challenging venue with no kitchen, requiring all food to be served from a catering van under a tent. Adam was an absolute dream to work with. Despite the lack of a formal wedding coordinator, he managed a group of demanding voices with ease and professionalism. His confidence allowed those of us in the planning stages to relax, knowing he was truly in charge. The food was, as always, excellent, but I want to highlight how dependable Adam was in executing such a complex event. He was always available during the planning process and stayed on-site throughout the evening. He even saved the day when the rental vendor failed to deliver plates and spoons for the wedding cake--Adam stepped in with his own supplies at the last minute. His contagious joy and dedication made him an absolute pleasure to work with, and he was a major part of what made this such a memorable evening. I highly recommend his services for any event.
