I emailed Phil's Garage Door Service on a weekend. I described my issue, sent them a photo, and said it was not an emergency (I could still open and close the door manually). On Monday Phil called me and sent a repair man out within an hour with the exact parts needed. Good timing for me. The work was done quickly and professionally. read more
