My husband and I had Phil completely demo our existing kitchen and do a full remodel, and in case the after photos don't speak for themselves, Phil did beyond an amazing job!! From day one, Phil had clear and professional communication and everything he told us was spot on as far as what to expect, timeline, price, process, etc. He and Angel worked tirelessly every day arriving at 7am past 5pm to get the job done before he said he would. They were even here on Saturdays and Sundays. The quality of wattention to detail is unreal- there is not an uneven surface or crooked line in our new kitchen, which is saying a lot as our house was built in 1957, and pretty much EVERYTHING was not level in the original kitchen. Every single thing is perfect and even better than what we envisioned. They really took the time to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Wanting quality, professional service...choose Phil's..after reading his Yelp reviews, I decided to go with Phil. I had major water damage to my ceiling that that was in a 15 foot stairwell landing. That height didn't stop Phil from coming up with an idea to repair the ceiling. He caged in the area so that he could reach the ceiling, Brillant!! Next, him and his helper took down my Chandelier that weighed a ton so that they could drywall that area, as they took down the chandelier, they noticed it was improperly installed and said they would do it correctly for me, score!! They took their time drywalling and plastering to make sure that it was ready for the painters. At no point did they ever Rush, make excuses or even take a lunch break they were just concerned about getting the job done and doing it right! After every point, they would have me come and look for my approval. They did not cut corners and chose the best supplies to finish my home (including, insulation) I definitely will be choosing Phil's Handy service in the future. I already have him lined up to install a retractable ladder to my attic in which he suggested because it was very hard for my husband and I to reach. We are so happy that we have finally found someone who not only knows what he's doing, but preps the work area before he starts and cleans up afterwards. Phil is friendly and showed up 5 minutes earlier than he said he would. He also does not smoke! So not only does your house not smell like smoke when he's here, your property will not be littered with cigarette butts (I've lost count as to the number of times I've experienced this). Phil came out to price a list of jobs I had for him (everything from re-installing a toilet paper holder that kept falling off the wall, to a tile backsplash in a kitchen) and said that he would have my estimate to me in a day or two. I actually had it 2 hrs. later. He is reasonably priced and goes the extra mile. We had him hang an antique telephone that belonged to my husband's grandfather and not only did he hang the phone, he also put some pieces back on it, that had been taken apart and we couldn't seem to do ourselves.
