Most times it is impossible to reach Kirk Crouse because he doesn't answer his phone and the voice mail is full. The three times I have been able to reach him he promised to come but didn't show up or even phone to say he wasn't going to make it after I stayed home and waited all day. In addition to problems with the A/C and heating, there is air in the hot water line and they haven't come to fix that either. My advice is to find a different mechanical company!! Kirk Crouse is certainly not a person I would ever hire again.

You know we are not irate customers, and we fully understand that the onset of the pandemic changed the business equation for many tradesman.
