I paid $16 with tip for a mocktail that consisted of soda water, bitters, and 3/4ths ice. Never again.

Like many others, I'd been eagerly awaiting the opening of this place as the construction continued. I finally had a chance to check it out and was pretty disappointed. It has a very cool set-up, from a second story deck, turf/lawn standing areas, fire pits, and lawn game area. However, that was unfortunately marred by the ~50 children roaming around. Specifically, climbing on the cornhole, running into you, and screaming/crying. There were no open tables and the standing areas were taken for strollers. The line for drinks was off the property, onto the sidewalk. As such, there was a significant wait time, even after ordering, for just two draft beers. The wait time grows further if you order any of the overpriced but mediocre cocktails. Fortunately, after the significant wait time for drinks and the average wait time for food, a table opened up upstairs. We ordered burritos, because $5 for a singular taco sounded crazy. They were tasty, but were notably smaller than your average truck burrito yet more expensive still. Lastly, from what we could find, there is only one bathroom. In summary, if you like to wait and have money to blow, this might be the place for you. read more

Gotta update this review, the tacos they serve for lunch are still a 4 star plus but their breakfast/brunch menu items arent particularly great. Attached is a picture of the breakfast sandy we got, if I could eat with my eyes it would be a 5 star but the biscuit used as buns were very hard, we actually couldnt bite through the bottom biscuit. They leave their outdoor music blasting all night long (literally until the morning) keeping everyone living in their vicinity awake. Forgetfulness? Who knows. Complained several times, but always keeps happening. I've been there on a few occasions and it's fine, but the disregard for their neighbors is such a turn-off. read more

My friends and I went on a Thursday for the Love Island watch party Phinney Station advertised on social media. We each bought two drinks and dinner and waited for them to turn on the new episode. 7pm rolls around and... nothing. They turned on the episode with subtitles while house music blared in the background (inside and outside). People continued to block our table while waiting for their drinks so we couldn't see the subtitles at all. It was really frustrating because we all came out and spent a lot of money on the evening just to not be able to hear or see the show they advertised. We ended up quickly finishing our food and walk home early. What a waste of a weeknight. read more

Such a great neighborhood spot, lots of outdoor seating and space for families and dogs, but I do wonder about the winter. The bar had decent specialty cocktails, frozen cocktails and several beers to choose from all decently priced. The line to the bar and the food was kind of long, but then I met with one of the partners who shared that we were at the soft open. Didn't sample much food; the bulgogi fries were tasty, but could have used more bul in their gogi or a layer of kimchee. Staff was super friendly. (Honestly, the Peach Bellini looks like the star of the show - it's a frozen boozie slushie with maybe a grenadine topping that comes out looking like a lava lamp!). We had a wonderful welcome celebration at Phinney Station the night before our son's wedding this August. With 80 guests expected and a number coming in from out of the country we considered several options for where to host the event. We ended up booking the entire upstairs at PS, and it turned out as terrific as we had hoped. From the exploratory conversations to the contracting to the nuts and bolts of planning how to best use the space and the inevitable last minute questions and changes, the staff were prepared and helpful. We ended up using outside catering, which went smoothly. And of course the drinks were delicious and varied enough so that everyone got just what they wanted. Was excited to try this spot in our neighborhood. 11:30 on a Sunday morning, we went inside. One sultry server. No other patrons. Are you open? Yeah. We sit down. She goes back to her laptop. No menus. No help or direction from "server." No food? we ask. "There's a truck outside. Drinks only." Customer service is a big fat zero. Crazy in an area where every place else is packed for brunch. I can see why they're not. We won't be back and won't recommend. What a waste of a great location. read more

Very very very awful service, very dismissive from both girls working, didn't great us as we walked up and when I was pulling out my card to pay bartender said "I still need your money." Such a great spot! My boyfriend and I stopped in while visiting Seattle, and we were so impressed. The bartenders were super friendly and made us feel right at home. This bar was very cute and I loved the vibes. I also love that they had upstairs seating. However I came on a busy day so it was difficult to even find seating. Also came for a watch party and the outside tv wasn't loud enough unfortunately so basically just came for drinks at that rate. The pineapple spicy slush was okay my friends got a watermelon starburst one that was way better. However my margarita was a 10/10! Well, avoid it it if it might be crowded. Weekends, holidays. Their model is one bartender to serve everyone. Right now 11 people are in line behind me; I've been waiting 15 minutes to get a beer. Also: bc kids are welcome, there are always birthday parties on weekends. So groups of 5-15 people hitting the line. Again: one bartender today. During March Madness. We looove Phinney Station!! Excellent drinks, food, staff, pet and kid friendly. We had my husbands 40th birthday party upstairs in the pinball room and outdoor deck. The space is so beautiful. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved the pinball machines! Even in January the outdoor space was comfortable and warm enough with the fire pit tables and heat lamps. The tacos were excellent! Can't recommend it enough. read more

Great spot for both families and those without kids. You just need to come later in the evening, as I did once my kids were in bed, to enjoy some adult time. Lots of "adult only" locations" so it's great when a place opens that is more hybrid. Love the outdoor spaces, number of tvs with games, etc. Had dinner earlier with kids and enjoyed that as well. Almost good. Couple of problems: no wait staff which means if you're sitting upstairs you need to go down to order and then go back up slick steps w spilled drinks on them w two beers. You get to the doors and only one is unlocked and it has no door open button. So you have to find a place to put a beer down to turn the latch. Not great. Not safe. Also the food truck fish and chips were good but WAY TOO salty. read more

I was super excited to have an cool new place to go in phinneywood. The space itself is cool and has a fun layout. Unfortunately, like others have said the amount of children is overwhelming. It was hard to find an open table to sit at and once we found one were were told by a parent that they were saving the table for their kids once they come back from playing games. I wish they made the bottom floor for adults only and the top for kids. It would be nice to have no kids around at a bar. The staff I interacted with weren't the friendliest. I had to wait 30-45 seconds before I was even acknowledged by the cashier because she was too busy finishing up her conversation with the bartender to take my order. But I will say, the slushies were delicious. I would probably come back here, but it is definitely not to my new go to place unfortunately. read more
