They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

I called on a Saturday and he answered right away. I explained the plumbing issue and he made it clear that he had not repaired a similar issue, but that he felt confident that he could do it. I am giving 4 stars rather than three because I take responsibility for moving forward knowing that he did not have experience. I told him I would wait until Monday since that was as soon as he was available ( although that was two days with no water). He arrived with his wife/girlfriend on time at around 10 am. and she accompanied him when he made several trips for parts. At 3:30 he let me know that he was unable to make the repair. I know that he advertises that he does plumbing, but I most likely would not call him back for further plumbing issues. He asked me to consider him for other projects and I will keep him in mind but I will make sure that it is something that he has experience with.
