When I returned after major surgery they helped me come up with a gentle plan and wow, I was back on track faster than I could have imagined. The pool is as beautiful as it is clean, as is the rest of the establishment, including fabulous workout areas. There's also a broken mirror in the dressing room that's been there for at least four years, which is just unacceptable. On top of that, the way the owner treats her staff is truly terrible to witness. My own experience really sealed the deal; after leaving a private review that wasn't overly positive, my membership was terminated. It's clear this gym is not focused on member satisfaction or a positive environment. I wish the best to anyone who has the displeasure of using this facility, especially if they have to interact with Claire Denton.

My roommate got her nails done at this salon yesterday while on a ski vacation. She got sculpted…read morepink and white acrylics as suggested by Samantha Beeman, the manicurist. The quality of the nails was horrendous -- not only can you see right through them to her natural nails but you can see the blue from the tip guides used. Within 24 hours one of the nails broke right off. Two others are loose and about to fall off. We called the salon to report this and were pretty much blamed for the problem-- Samantha told her that her nails were too short to start with (my roommate has worn acrylics for 5 years without issue) and that she should have mentioned the problem before leaving the salon. For a $50 service this is totally unacceptable! Her apology was insincere, as she refused to take responsibility for it and cut my roommate off every time she tried to talk. She only offered a complimentary manicure, too bad we live 4 hours away! Very very disappointed with the egotistical management of this salon. -Julie and Erin

There is a small exercise room downstairs with a few ellipticals and treadmills as well as different weight machines, meant more for beginners. Upstairs is much larger with a lot of cardio machines, as well as more advanced weight machines and free weights. Eclipse has a group fitness schedule that changes as well. The locker room is a decent size and is clean. The lockers use digilocks on them which are electric locks that use a 4digit personal code each time you use a locker. These are very easy to use and great bc you dont have to buy a lock. Locker rooms also have both a sauna and steam room as well as showers. The gym is also connected to the comfort inn hotel which makes it very easy for hotel guests to use the fitness center

The people didn't have products and can direct me in the right way I paid $10 to tan for 10 minutes and received no difference I am very disappointed and I advise anyone that is thinking i've going to do your homework and check around. I definitely advise that you do not go there!! One unhappy customer!!
