He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. The ride was smooth and comfortable because of both the quality of the vehicle and the driver, Samir. The best part of this trip to Penn Medicine was Samir. Both my wife and myself cannot extend enough praise to do this man justice. He was prompt, professionally dressed, and personable. Most importantly, he was extremely attentive to our mobility issues.
