Our driver, Vince, I can't give enough praise to. We were picked up on time, traveled approx. 2 hours to Heshey's Giant Stadium, in comfort, safety and with such fun and wonderful conversation. Vince's personality and attitude was top notch. Even during the late night ride home through some traffic and the gps losing connection a few times, Vince did not lose his cool and we were delivered back home safely and in great spirits with a night spent from beginning to end in such a pleasant way! LIMO BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH 11 PRETEENS!!!! This was the best experience I have ever had with a Limo company!! I use Limo services quite frequently for work and am normally underwhelmed but it gets us from one place to another. Not this company! From the moment I reached out it was smooth and simple planning. Every single thing was on point and well done. Vince was funny, helpful, and cared about what I needed. When he heard what I was planning, he even told me he would drive us himself which I am told rarely happens! My daughter wanted a Limo to take her and her friends to stop at McDonalds, then to a Painting place where they were able to throw paint on each other and have some fun, to Ice Cream After. I told Vince I did not know the area well, so can you please plan the lunch stop and the Ice Cream stop. I booked the Mercedes Limo Bus My daughter picked out. He arrived early so we had time to decorate with balloons and light up accessories. The bus was immaculately clean and ready to go with waters and ice for the girls. I packed in some clear soda. These 10-12 year old girls were in heaven! They had total control of the music, lights, temperature and had a blast singing and dancing the whole time. Every stop was perfectly done and timed. I was most impressed when I decided I didn't want the Ice Cream place I picked out because it was too close and they just had cake, so I asked Vince to see if he could find something else about halfway home. He definitely overdelivered when he picked this AMAZING Italian Gelato place. We walked in and tables were set up just for my girls with reserved signs on them. They prioritized our very large order and Vince even joined us inside by request from the girls. Upon arrival home he helped carry every single thing out of the limo for us, including all the girls clothes and paintings. I know this is a very long review, but I just had to do it. I have never written a review before, but I just can't say enough wonderful things about this company! By the way, I am an attorney, and I very well could have come after you for damages. I chose not to waste my time. I had a 50/50 chance at recovery, and being that my expertise is in contract law, I am confident my argument would have been pondered by a judge. The $400 was never the issue. The issue was the fact that you were enforcing a contract for which you did not provide services. Had you passed up a booking due to my late cancellation, fine. You should certainly charge me. It's business. But, you admittedly did not have a prior inquiry for that time slot, and you decided to charge me anyway. That is a dick move. I run a law firm, and sometimes, even when I do the work, I give complimentary counsel and complimentary services. You did not even perform the services. So, as I mentioned, I will never do business here again. And, when people ask me about limo services, I inform them to go anywhere except JBJ Limo based on my personal experience. Our driver was really nice, was fairly simple to book their service. But the limo I got was pretty crappy looking. "Nothing like their pictures" the outside was either dirty or the paint was faded like it was in an accident and had wires hanging out inside. Either way when you drop some pretty good change on a limo your expecting that looks the one they posted. You get a little disappointed. I don't know what the rest of their fleet looks like. I can only comment on the Navigator I rented. If I did rent again from them. I'd want to drive there and look at what I'm renting 1st and that would be for any company from now on. But shame on you knowing damn well sending that limo out looking the way it did, that's what got me going. But I'll know next time to go look at what I'm renting. read more

We rented a shuttle bus to drive to and from our haunted attraction in Philadelphia on a Saturday night the weekend before Halloween. Nobody wanted to drive and park in that mess!! It was a breeze to book thanks to Vince. He made sure we had the correct amount of time and the right vehicle. Our driver Rhys was the BEST very polite and he let our teenagers play their speaker in the back. He dropped us off right in the front and when we were done he picked us right up and drove us home. I always book JBJ when we need a ride anywhere when we have a group of people. Never disappointed!! read more

I booked a limo for my husband's birthday party. We booked in October, the event being in January. We had some unfortunate events come up and had to cancel the party. I contacted the company well over a month in advance to cancel the limo. They were extremely rude and told me I would have to pay $300 cancelation fee! Now listen, if I had canceled the day before or even the week before I would understand. But canceling over a month in advance? Even the venue, the caterer, the cake people, and the DJ did not charge me any fees. Charging me half is completely unnecessary. Bad business. As I came to post my review, I was really confused as to why there were several poor reviews because I had such an incredible experience. I found out that the company is under new management as of August 2019 and it all made sense. It is clear they are turning this business around for the better! My review is below: Thank you so much for your services for our 11/2/19 wedding. From start to finish, It all exceeded our expectations. When I first called Vince, I had no idea what I was doing or what I needed for my day. Vince talked everything through with me. What I appreciated most is that he didn't take advantage of my naivety or try to rip me off. He was upfront and fair about pricing, and even found ways to save me money while still getting me everything I needed. He was so thorough in explaining everything and going over details. It made me feel confident that things would run smoothly come the day of. Vince actually told me to call around other places and price things out, but nobody I spoke to was as thorough/took as much time as him, so I was drawn right back to JBJ. On the day of, things continued to be excellent. The limos were clean and in good condition. Our limo driver, Robert, was professional, communicative, and helpful! He is also an expert driver. Our ceremony was in a park, which required Robert to drive down small paths and weave between tight areas. He did so flawlessly. Additionally, he arrived to the house 30 minutes early, which was very much appreciated. As a bride, I was nervous things beyond my control would go wrong, so seeing him pull up ahead of schedule really eased my mind and ensured everything would run according to plan. Robert also served as our hotel shuttle driver (since our limo became the hotel shuttle). Our guests were raving about the fact that the shuttle was actually a limo. I have to credit this idea to Vince. He suggested it as a way to save me money so that I wouldn't have to pay for an additional vehicle and driver. At the end of the night, my parents, husband, and I all got into the limo for the final shuttle run to the hotel. We had a bunch of items that we needed to transport back to the hotel (flowers, gifts, decorations). Robert helped us drag everything into and out of the limo and brought them into the hotel for us. Side note: my dad pretty much hates everyone and he and Robert were the best of friends by the end of the night, so I think it is safe to say that Robert must be a pretty personable guy. This is the first time I've ever written a review on a company. I sent an email to inquire about reserving a 20 passenger limo bus with this company, when the quote came back at twice the advertised price, I asked if it included gratuity, his response was no, so then I politely inquired if it was for the 5 hours since the price was higher than advertised (looking for a cost breakdown) and this is the email I received from Vince the sales manager: The price I gave you includes travel time for where you are located & YES it is for your 5 hours that you requested. It does NOT include the driver's tip. I just had 2 other guys call me today for Bachelor Parties for this same bus. If you do NOT book soon, I guarantee you will lose out on the vehicle. So its up to you if you consider this email condescending or not, I literally copied it from the email I received. After I responded back with caps placed as strategically as his were, he then sent me a price breakdown and said the limo was booked. read more

This was by far the worse experience in limo services I have ever received! The came with the wrong size bus, (smaller) when a larger one was requested, paid for, and promised. The smaller one hardly fit the groomsmen let alone the bridemaids. During our church ceremony the driver went and switched the buses for the larger bus. Half of our belongings were left on the first bus. He kept slamming on the breaks and almost hit a car in front of him 3 time. He drove away before I was even in my seat! He seemed not all there! I called JBJ 5 times ever since I stepped foot on the bus. Finally after talking to someone he said he would take care of it. When we left the ceremony he drove us ALL the way out of the way to the other bus to get our items HE LEFT and we were 45 minutes late to the reception because of it! Brian who claimed to care told us he wasn't doing anything for us and if we don't pay the entire amount he would call the cops for theft of service. Never once did I not agree to pay but it was such bad driving, two kids that were on the bus fell off their seat while the driver slammed on his breaks continually and the driver was rude and inconsiserate. Brian was horrible in handling the situation... Instead of caring about what happened he laughed and told me to pay or my night was only going to get worse! This place is disgusting and no one should ever have to have that happen on the most magical night of their life. We were missing two bags and our signed frame at the end of the day before the limo driver left and he said oh well and took off!!! It's a scumbag company and I will tell everyone how they treated us so this does not happen again!! Beware... You have been warned!! read more

The first time I called to request a quote I felt as if the sales manager was a little rude and unprofessional but after calling around they had pretty good prices and I liked their escalade limo. When I called back ready to book it, the sales manager had such an attitude I winded up hanging up on him. Here I am ready to hand him $1000 and he's giving me an attitude. If this was any indication of how I would be treated on my wedding day, I want nothing to do with it. I rather pay a couple more bucks for top notch friendly service. read more

I rented their 20 passenger party bus last week for my daughter's Sweet 16. I called around a lot and was really impressed by Vince's customer service. When I told him I wasn't sure and would have to call back after I checked out a few more places, he thanked me for my interest and followed up the next day with an email and voicemail. In other words, he acted like he wanted my business which is more than I can say for some other places I called who were rude or unprofessional. Vince was awesome! The kids loved the bus- it was roomy and the radio/USB worked fine. Our driver, Calvin, arrived early which gave us enough time for pics before boarding. He was also friendly and professional and even helped me wrangle all the balloons. I give it 4 stars because the owner Brian was miserable at customer service (luckily I only dealt with him once and Vince was my point of contact) and the bar area in the bus could've used a wipe down. I needed a limo that held at least 12 people for a prom and was struggling finding one for a reasonable price last minute. I contacted JBJ on Monday, had a quote shortly after and had everything worked out by Tuesday. Because I spend a lot of time on the phone during the day, I really liked that I could book everything online with ease. The contract was spelled out very clearly, and the driver John contacted me that night to go over logistics. What a nice surprise to find out they upgraded us as well at no additional cost. The kids were excited on prom night, the limo showed up early and there was no rush as the kids took pictures. The driver texted me when he picked them up from the prom later that night to let me know all was well and they were on the way back to school. All and all, a stress free experience, great driver, clean and comfortable limo. Would definitely use them again in the future for my other events. read more
