I've come to restaurants before where hardly any customers were inside. Usually, restaurants will throw something quickly, without much quality or care. Not here. Let me start by saying as someone who's been to Thailand several times, and experienced firsthand Thai happy and friendly culture. "Thai Curry," Restaurant made me feel like I'm back in Thailand. The young lady that helped me pick out menu items was so kind and her smile reminded me of Thai smile. With Thai people you can usually spike up an easy conversation and that's what this young pretty lady and I did. She recommended me, "Larb Chicken" - Finely sliced choice of meat tossed with ground roasted rice, fresh lime juice and Thai seasoning served on a bed of fresh lettuce. Every bite tasted fresh and of high quality ingredients. Since I was really hungry and excited for authentic Thai cuisine, I asked for Appetizer recommendations, as well. Young lady suggested, "Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna." As I used my fork to cut into each piece, it was tender, well seasoned and oh so delicious. Both portions were extremely generous, not to mention...
