They came when we asked them to and installed our new tv professionally and perfectly. We even had them back to help with wiring. Everyone needs to reach out to them and experience the top notch service and quality product they bring to the table. Great job guy Ok folks here we go again. I'm going to update my JCADS review. Today we are moving into a bigger apartment in the same building. Who you gonna call ? We didn't call Ghostbusters. We called JCADS. It seems they're our first call after our family. Well they've come on time, professional and as always amazing at what they do. Moved our TVs and floating shelves. I don't just recommend JCADS I promise you that you will be thrilled. They had no interest in helping us. In fact when we bought a replacement tv one of their employees gave us total mis-info on what was need to install it . In addition, i stayed home all day for the install appointment only to be called by the owner to say we were not on the schedule . They are extremely unprofessional and do yourself a favor and avoid this company that could not care less about the customers. They love installs of new exp systems but dont ask them to follow up on issues later on. You will be frustrated !

I was told I just needed to get internet and be able to use the system. I could call Westfair to walk me through the systems installed. Westfair said I needed to pay around $600 for their people to come out and "transfer" the system to me like plug in my modem and change the WiFi name/password. I didn't understand why this required Westfair to bill me multiple hours and asked simply for a quote to just turn on the system for me and they said no. the old owner said Westfair had remote access to the system so they could have helped me more efficiently but they weren't willing to at all, they just wanted to send 2 guys to my house to bill me for 3-4 hours. It felt like a total rip off and they had no interest in establishing a relationship and helping set me up. it left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never us them.
