Keep in mind I'm using my little 15 minute break during work to do this. She didn't listen to me about the fact I ordered 10 minutes prior and didn't consider I made a mobile order. My break is up and I finally get to find out that it's been sitting at the register the entire time. I go to work and find the burrito had no cheese or egg. At this point in infuriated. I call in about this with my frustration so hopefully it'll be ready by the time I get back. I get back, I show the issue. We confirm the APP is the problem with not having egg, however I still didn't receive cheese. Once we confirmed it was the APPs fault, I was able to calm down some. The order screens on site give you the egg option, but online/app doesn't. The woman who I spoke with first time was much more understanding and respectful talking to me as well which made me feel better. They remade my order, let me keep the mess up for my time used, and gave me a free fountain drink for my time. All of these kind curtesies they did for me changed my 1 star review ready to break something to 4 stars. The service changed the second time around, the majority of the order mistake was the app's fault, and I was compensated for the large amount of time I had to use for this encounter. I appreciate the staff for the second encounter. I do not recommend ordering this burrito online or through the app unless you can add a note lol.

There is a candy bucket tree with single candies in the clear buckets. They have a small coffee bar with carafe coffee and teas. You can also buy fruit individually and croissants. They have a freezer stocked with gelato cups, ice cream bars, etc. The items are reasonably priced, but certain bagged items like those same cookies ( Mexican hot chocolate) that they sell at Dolcezza can run up to $6. It's definitely a must try for the late afternoon or late night snacker. They are open until Midnight.

The truffles satisfied my craving for sweets perfectly and I thought were reasonably priced. I would come back here if I were looking for a convenient snack and it were too miserable too go outside.
