At one point I even noticed one of the registers was missing the credit card scanner, which gave the whole setup a slightly "held together with experience" vibe. My wife even joked that the place made her a little nervous and said she might prefer Waffle House instead--which is saying something! But we decided to stick it out and give it a fair try.
