I've had several garments altered here and I absolutely loved the results and the whole experience.

I did previously give this place a raving review but I take it ALL back! I can't say enough about why you should NOT bring your garments here for alterations. Dry cleaning is decent but nothing above mediocre. The alterations are an absolute nightmare!! I cannot warn you enough to save yourself time and energy please don't use their services. Long story short- took two dresses to be altered. One needed the straps taken up and the other needed the hem taken up. When I dropped off I asked if it could be done by a specific time and they promised it would. Well what do you know, right as I am on my way to pick up they call and say they left the dress at "home". Seriously? I told them I needed it that day for a wedding. So I wait the extra couple of hours and go get my dresses. First dress that they took the straps off they totally butchered and made if WAY too short and it was not done as we measured, they also took a short cut and cut the straps instead of the normal tuck under so the dress is ruined. This beautiful dress can no longer be worn. Second dress, which cost me a lot to TAKE THE HEM up was a shotty job- rips frays and all. Take a look at the pictures and tell me you think this is a decent quality hem. Seriously cannot believe I trusted them with this simple job. I could have done a better job. Worse part of the whole experience was the owners nwphew who was the only one working told me there was nothing they can do. He didn't even look like he cared. It was unbelievable how bad the customer service was and how they didn't care. The owner didn't care either. Moral or the story is that dry cleaning here is a maybe at best but DO NOT have alteration done here unless you want your clothes butchered! read more

I just went here for the first time and had three pairs of pants repaired. The service was friendly and the work looks to be well done. They matched unusual colors perfectly and did a nice job reinforcing the fabric behind the repairs. It was a bit pricy, but if the work holds up, it will be worth it. read more

I had many jeans and dress shirts altered here and they did it right every time. Cannot believe her insensitivity. BEST IN THE AREA BY FAR! I always had my dry cleaning and alterations done at Phoenix cleaners, but I recently moved out of state. It's been hard finding a dry cleaners that matches the quality service and price that I always got from Mr. Yoon. My wife even had her wedding dress altered here and she loved how it turned out. WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!!!! I came here last week to drop off a couple shirts for dry cleaning as well as a basket of laundry for wash and fold service. They removed all my button shirts from the basket and charged me extra to clean them separately, which has never been done anywhere else! Everything wound up costing me $70! To add insult to injury, when I received my laundry back non-of the socks were matched and all of my shirts were wrinkled because they did not fold them properly. I have dropped off several items to be cleaned for my dad and they come out really clean and pressed nicely. The staff is always friendly and it an article of clothing is bad, they will be honest with you and tell you that they may or may not be able to get it looking new. read more

The woman behind the desk had difficult time understanding my English. I had to repeat what I wished to be done to my garments several times, and I'm still not confident that she understood. Also I think it would be helpful if they were able to list the prices for tailoring and laundering both women's and men's garments. The counter clerks are fabulous, but the owner is a rude piece of work. What attracted me was that they picked up and delivered.The cleaning is not the best I have experienced and all of my summer whites came back gray. I gave them my business for 30 days and I communicated this to the owners and no changes were made. I spend a good amount on dry cleaning and shoe and handbag (personal) up keep per month as I am in the image business. I take pride in my wardrobe and appearance. Is there a single decent cleaner on the area? Started using Phoenix Cleaners because my previous cleaner closed. In a month of visits, they've destroyed buttons on a half dozen different shirts. I don't think any cleaner really cares if they damage your clothes. read more

Very nice workers! Most places take 3 days to have your shirts ready. They have them done in 2 and if you need same day pick up, they're very accommodating. I would recommend this place 100%. Nothing beats their drive thru either! read more

I have been a customer for many years. The staff is very friendly and the dry cleaning is timely with excellent results.

After using Cleaner Options for years with no problems whatever, about 3 years ago I started having problems not receiving bills from them. However, I kept track of the bills on the clothing and continued paying them. When I called and complained about the fact I rarely received a bill they always acted SO SURPRISED! Now, after a huge mixup and months of emails, letters, copies of cancelled checks, and phone calls they owe me $81.05 and won't pay me back. Also, I have been receiving really bizarre emails from them raving on and on about bankruptcy. Stay away from this bunch. They don't know accounting from UNO What. read more
