The store was advertised to open at 10:00 am, but the sales person didn't show up until 10:30. Then when opening the shop, they quickly said they were not taking orders that day as they were doing other things and would not let us in or take our order. I was only in town for the weekend and couldn't simply come back. They sent us to other local framing stores claiming they had the same frames, but the others did not. It would have been an easy sale of at least $1000, but instead they didn't wish to help us and sent us away. They were rude as well, demonstrating quite an elitist attitude. I went in looking for an item that was listed that was in stock (according to the app) for my granddaughter and it was not located where it was specified on the app. I asked for help from the two girls at the customer service counter. I showed them what it was and they said "I don't know what that is, But it should be where it states". I again went over to find the item AGAIN and still could not find it. I told them I couldn't find it again and were told "maybe it's discontinued". They did not offer to help me find it! I left so angry.
