Number one he tells me that any shirt over a large is extra but didn't really have a reason why. I needed them asap so I just paid the almost 140$ for the 3 shirts that he said would take 45 min to do. I went shopping came back the printing was perfect. I got home showed the other two people and they informed me the guy gave me 2 double xl and 1 xl. I called the guy back and he told me basically sorry but we will not refund return or exchange. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've already called my credit card company to dispute this charge, but now I'm stuck with two gigantic shirts that are useless to me for the party tomorrow. This makes me so angry that people do not own up to their mistakes. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and whatever else I can need to do so this does not happen to anyone else. I own my own business and we stand behind our name. Without our customers we are nothing. I hope the owner sees this and fires this so called manager who knows nothing about customer service or smart business practices!!!! Obviously Sam you are not sorry or you would step up and do the right thing. Your employee screwed up NOT ME. I asked for 2 XL shirts and 1 large. Where is my large I never even got one. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I would absolutely use them again and I am very happy with my whole experience from beginning to end!

Outta PHX saved the day while I was on vacation in AZ! I had ordered stickers to bring for an event…read morein AZ in Michigan before my trip and the place I ordered from messed up the order, said they could ship, then the day before I needed them (on a Friday too) said they couldn't ship my order even though I verified the shipping amount the day before. I called a couple places before Outta PHX and none could complete my order due to business needs for Saturday. I was on the phone with Outta PHX for only 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes, not only did they agree to complete my order for a Saturday pickup, they also redid the sticker design while I was on the phone in a MUCH better way than the original design the Michigan shop was going to print and somehow I got a text saying the order was ready same day.
