The driver was later than expected and he then took the wrong route (a simple journey that is only 10 mins max from my house). He hit a dead-end, than hit a one-way system and doubled-back on himself more than once. If I had known he didn't have a clue, i would have gladly directed him from the get-go. It's sad that in 2017 a taxi-driver who is still learning the London roads does not have an A-Z handy or better still a GPS Sat Nav system. Please learn the streets on your time and not on mine. It is for this reason I will be using a different company in the future.

Decided to get Uber instead and my car came in 5 minutes and only cost me £25. The reason I'm writing this review is that I've emailed Karhoo 3 times demanding my money back as this horrendous and have yet to receive a reply.

After paying and clarifying with the office I made the taxi booking with as to why the price was so high, I was dealt with very rudely and not very professionally at all, and had the phone put down on me. I always prefer to use local firms, but I would STEER WELL CLEAR of this company. They are dishonest and very unpleasant to deal with, especially as a single young woman trying to travel safely.

My flight was delayed causing me to be 2 hours late meeting my driver.
