Smelled clean and environment was pleasing to the eye, being artfully decorated and brightly lit. Alicia (owner/piercer) is super friendly, professional, a great listener, very accommodating & knowledgeable. She changed out my rook from stainless steel curved barbell (my body doesn't like SS & still slightly swollen after 4mos bc of metal & barbell) to a dainty 8mm hinged hoop & my upper helix (3yrs healed) from push stud flatback to an adorable 6mm hinged hoop with bling. It was pierced wrong at an angle (from another shop); hoops hide the wonkiness. Both pieces are implant grade titanium, which my body accepts & surprisingly, not every shop carry this. She can also order something if there's a piece you like. My stack is looking great; love my new pieces. She doesn't charge for switching out (nor any á la carte service), only for the jewelry ~ something rarely seen anymore. She's willing to help switch out to retainers for my upcoming surgery and back again at no charge (of course, I tip)! Her customer service is above par and I HIGHLY recommend. Greatly appreciate her. Do not hesitate to book! Sweet demeanor if you have a child or are a bit nervous. Just, go!

This place blew us out of the water with how AMAZING and TALENTED their artists are! My husband and I were kind of all over the board initially but then had settled on an idea and then they sketched up a mock of what we wanted. We were so excited to get these tattoos and it seemed that were just as excited as we were. The day of our tattoos we came in and the work was a took about two hours and it was painless (this was my first tattoo and my husband's second).
