MAY received a letter my balance was 0 dollars which we knew was wrong know it was 600.00 I tried to contact someone with no response I then got in touch with S. HENSON who told me that Dan now email dan@greenefarms.org which I have a few times with no response and so I got the email with the attorney address eventually from dan to mail it to ...strange I think..... I then speak to him by the way his name is Paul and he states I now owe attorneys fees and a 52.oo search fee which is odd being I don't know why you have to search for me when you know where I live... any how... total is 767.32... it is dated July 17 2014 and I have 30 days and I will have a lean after that date if I have any questions please call.... so I call we chat he states States that is probably why they got rid of the last person anyways anyways and we move on and he emails me my bill also the preceding bill today is August 13th I leave my office to go make a payment to him by check for the total of 767.32 which he did not want to receive because he wanted me to pay him because he talk to me on the phone I told him that I was not over my 30 days I had three more days to go so I made it to my 30 days and in his letter if he pulled it out it states that if I had any questions that I could call it in that state that I would be charged to talk to him he then said fine I'll take your check I will not be bothered with this and that I was paid in full this is shameful he should be ashamed of himself !

In my experience, Mr. Osment has limited knowledge of the Bankruptcy Court system outside of the…read morestandard basic filings. His inexperience with any court issues that are not standard procedure in the process, led to substantial errors in reporting my case to the court. This resulted in significant unrecoverable expense to me. Even when the Bankruptcy Lawyer from the court informed me that the incorrect information he submitted was the cause of the $26,000 negative judgement against me, he refused to take responsibility and correct the record. You hire a lawyer to act on your behalf, expecting them to be able to provide a service which you are not able to provide for yourself. Bankruptcy is a difficult situation for all parties involved and having to suffer due to incompetent representation was unimaginable.

My attorney repeatedly remarked that their handling was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. A short list of issues (from a very long list!) includes continuously responding late to my lawyer, lying on the paperwork that they drafted so my lawyer would have to spend more time (and more of my money) to get them to correct items like my birthdate, income, etc. They dragged things out so much, which I assume is a tactic used to milk their clients for additional hours. Our divorce took almost a year longer than it should have! At one point I had to go their office to retrieve paperwork that they were legally required to submit by a timeline- when I arrived they only printed a fraction of what we were supposed to. Again and again this is how they mismanaged our case. And now, a year after the divorce has been final and they still haven't submitted the paperwork properly to the courts for the dispersion of the pensions (QRDO's). After leaving multiple messages, I finally received a call back from the office who then preceded to connect me to him for a meeting over the phone... he got on the line and literally screamed at me and hung up! So incredibly rude. It is because of his offices mistakes that they continue to cause these issues. I didn't request a phone call meeting with him- all I want to know is where is our QDRO in process!? 2 of the 3 QDRO's are completed and filed in the courts. The 3rd one is just floating in their dysfunctional and disgraceful office. The entire system of divorce attorneys is a complete and utter sham, taking advantage of people who are already struggling thru one of the most difficult periods of their life. This office is inept at representing their own clients, and lacks any sense of decorum. Please save yourself the time, energy and money and find another lawyer that may still rob you, but maybe at least they'll treat you and your soon to be ex-spouse with bit of respect or common decency. Regardless of us filing for divorce- we were married for 30 years and have 3 children together. The least a respectable attorney could do is treat all parties respectfully. Absolutely disgraceful.
