I'm not impressed. Natalie usually does my nails and she does an excellent job. Unfortunately, she's not always available . The last time I went, I did not have a good experience. The man that did my nails did not speak English. I chose not to speak bc I didn't understand him. Another tech came over and told me I must speak English to him so he can learn English. I've followed 2 of the nail tech who do excellent work.both Natalie & her sister in law Cindy.they are all related family members, the problem is very disrespectful.Cindy is talking on her phone with one hand and massaging you with the other. She has gone from being being someone you could schedule to being just about the money. Natalie just out right doesn't care and is only about the money, I've made appointments and showed up always havecto wait,or she hasn't been there or the male owner though nice doesn't do a good job at all did my nails. The salon isn't the cleanest, they thin down their products and do not have clean technique. I still went because they are both good.but not they simple do who pays the biggest tip and truly zero loyalty to customers who have come for years. Last time Natalie asked if I wanted massage...so I thought do you want a tip. If anyone has questions about this place, these are my nails 3 weeks after Tasha did an amazing job with dipping powder. Do not hesitate to go to this place. I tried with different girls in this nail salon and they did a very amazing job but Tasha was my favorite. Once it was a new technician doing my nails and there was the guy who is doing the checking-in, checking the technician's job to be sure that she was doing it right and she did an amazing job. I got powder dip and 2 days later I had 3 nails chipping and cracking. A could days later a whole nail popped off while shuffling through paperwork. Not a very good manicure. I have been going to the same tech for years and she always does a great job. I called at the last minute due to illness and was assigned to a male tech. I am hearing impaired and I have a very hard time with accented English, so I am quiet when my nails are done. My experience was painful. The tech kept the grinder in the same spot on my nail too long, hit the flesh next to my nail so that it burned when the acetone was put on to remove the polish in 2 places, kept bending my fingers to straighten them out ( maybe I was subconsciously trying to protect them). Then, another male tech comes over and tells me that I must talk to my tech so he can get better at his English. He does this twice. That is not why i am here. Next, I hear them commenting on English and laughing. I had no idea what they were talking about , but i was uncomfortable enough to tell them i was not coming back. I had an acrylic fill in with gel polish & holographic powder on Wednesday evening. My nails began chipping Thursday morning & by Friday morning they looked like this. I've never had gel just wear away from my nails in a matter of hours or a fill chip within 48 hours. I won't even return to touch up my nails seeing as I paid $45 for this fill & it's the worst job I've had in a long time. I don't have the patience to sit again and rework my schedule for a fix I'm sure will chip before the week is up. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I received a gel manicure, the clear top coat used must have been used on a white color before me so all of my purple nails had white streaks in them. The worst part was the pedicure. The entire pedicure hurt. I knew something was wrong. I ended up with a skin infection so bad I needed toe surgery to remove half of my toe nail. Hands down the BEST manicure I have ever gotten. I live in the cocoa beach area and was only down this way for a quick weekend trip at Vero Beach for a friend's birthday. She decided she wanted to get her nails done as one of the activities for the weekend. I was definitely on board as my current ANC manicure was needing some TLC. We found this place by chance and have zero regrets. The nail techs that worked on our manicures were friendly, personable, and energetic. They were also focused and paid close attention to detail and were able to provide exactly what we wanted in regards to color, length, shape, and even thickness of the healthy nail manicure. Not to mention, the two nail techs were some of the fastest I have ever had but it did not compromise the quality or craftsmanship of the final product. Prices are reasonable, and a major plus is they accept tips on a card. I love this salon so much I will be driving from cocoa beach to get my nails done from now on. I called for my two week appointment this past week and sure enough I was told he isn't there anymore. :( :( :( I told the man on the phone I'd prefer one of the females that was there w him and I got a grunt. When I went in for my appointment I got the man I talked to. All of my nails broke within two days and chipped most of the polish off within two days of my vacation. My friend and I both went to Phoenix nail for the first time for pedicures. My friend had Anna and I didn't get my guys name. They both were a little rough when trimming our cuticles; we both had to tell them to lighten up a few times and my friends toes even hurt today. Not sure if they were new, but didn't really scrub hard at all when we asked and the massages were very limp handed. They spent over an hour on our feet but it wasn't the most pleasant experience!
