Oh, I love this place! I have been a customer at Titi's for five years! I have never had a bad experience there. Nikki does an excellent, excellent job on my nails and gel pedicure. She understands exactly howI like them to look. Who doesn't love a 45 minute regular pedicure? Many times she has gone out of her way to make my nails look really great for no extra charge! Extra care is always taken to preserve my natural nails with a gorgeous, sheer, pink overlay. Nikki is a very kind, friendly person, and she really cares about her customers. I highly recommend Titi's nails, and I think the prices are great also! Another plus is it is right next-door to Dollar Tree, Sally beauty, Target and Beall's.

This Business Was Sold 2 mths ago since the date posted on my Review. The New Name is Titis Nails. I was Very Surprised to see my Review on a place called LT(??)I Checked Google & The Titis Website does not open. Only access via Facebook. ***This is time consuming. However, I invest the time. Hoping to make a difference in the Community. Please, excuse the Book Chapter. After all it's just the consumers money:-/ Right?? The BAD NEWS IS COMING:-(( I found this place on the night of 12/22/2018 on my way to Target. They were getting ready to close. Nicki the owner. Spoke with me and gave me an appt. for today, Sunday 12/23/2018 with Ben. I arrived prior to my sched 2pm appt time. Was asked to sit at station #4. I know the process very well of the norm routine, when you walk into a nail salon. Usually, sign in at the desk. Go look at the colors available, no water was offered. They do not offer any other type of beverage. Toward the end of my Nail Adventure. I had to ask for water. Well... I was not asked to do any of the above. So I just sat down. Ben showed up after a good 10min. When I scheduled my appt in person I explained to Nicki. That I wanted my nails like I had been getting them done in Jacksonville, I have been using the new dipping powder. However, the color dipping powder did not work good for me the first time. Reason being, I noticed it lacked the luster and shine that you get with Gel Polish. Much to my disappointment even had a grainy looking texture when I looked at it up close. I asked others to tell me if they noticed this. Everyone would say, absolutely. And, well... but it's not so bad. In addition, the powder alone does not last as long as the Gel Polish topping it. Seriously!! It's pricier. This is what Holly(in Jax)came up with to work with the powder & the Gel super shiny color of my choice. Do the colorless dipping powder. Then, apply two thin coats of your preferred Gel Color Polish & finish w/a coat of Clear Gel. It's been working like a CHARM! My nails grew quickly. My polish lasted 3 weeks! Even with the task involved in moving(lots of boxes to a new home) Welll... Ben was trying to be friendly. Communication(Language)was a problem. I understand enough Vietnamese to get by.(Different dialects by region) He asked me if I wanted my nails short. I said no, he insisted on just a little bit. I said, ok very little. He cut 1/2 my growth. Not good. Then he was insisting I'd get the color dipping powder. Trying to explain to him, what we had agreed on the night before with Nicki the Owner(In his presence was fruitless) almost 15min of back & forth. He returned w/a small tray. I pointed out the bottle next to a powder said Acrylic. I asked him. And, he said yes. I told him, thought he understood me:-( Back & forth yo-yo. He used the clear dipping powder, the Gel. Left my cuticles rough. Product all over my fingers. Red polish on my wrist. The Art?? He was following a Pic that's posted on Google(Their Site). I guided him to how & where. ***HERES THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK: The worse incident was a woman(Black & White Shirt, with red color on the shoulders. She's doing a Pedi on one of the Pics I posted) Started making fun of my issue with the other employees. In Vietnamese, I understood enough that I was fuming. I told Ben and he laughed. Well I gave her a taste of her medicine. Telling her what I thought of her in Castilian. At check out. Nicki spoke with me and profusely apologized. So did Ben. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Told her never underestimate what language/s people speak regardless of what they look like. And, if employees want to speak in an unprofessional manner about customers or each other. It should be done in the back. I was charged $35 I gave Ben $45 in Cash and bid him farewell. I'm not a cheap skate. I dropped the cash on the other side of the counter. Told Nicki, address the unprofessional behavior. Lots of competition.

Absolutely love this place! I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Always ask for Tony, love him, he is very polite and always attentive to exactly what YOU want. It's nice to actually have someone listen to your exact wants and needs. Very clean, well maintained, and highly recommended nail salon! Definitely give them a try!!!!

Christy & Reagan are magnificent. Reagan has done my nails twice. He is talented, professional easy…read moreto recognize he's been doing this for quite a while . So as Christy. I watch her working, since her Station is next to Reagan. These two talented Nail Techs are meticulous, I've been getting the Healthy Nail Powder Nail coating. Feels great not to have all the old fashion drilling and unhealthy powder, getting all over clothing and specially in my lungs. Not to mention I no longer use tips. My own nails have been growing very fast. They feel and look healthy. Since, they use a good brand. You may want to attention to that or don't hesitate to ask. What brand are you using? Last shop I patronized here. Their powder made me very suspicious. 1) Labeling on Container(was hand written). 2) She used the UV light. True Healthy Nail does not need UV Light. ***Ask for Details. Don't hesitate. Here at this Salon if not satisfied w/the info you get from a Tech. Ask to speak to Reagan or Christy. There are NO communication issues. Aside from that they both converse with their customers. Have a great sense of humor. Reagan told me he was born here(Without me asking)Hence, I was telling him, the only thing my grandkids said in Spanish was Hola, Gracias, De Nada(You're Welcome)lol Why all this info?? Most of us do not want to be just a number. Customer Service & people skills are Numero Uno(#1). I'm more apt to let go or overlook small mistakes. And, give people the benefit of the doubt. They are human like us. No Customers=No Business$$$$ ****Courtesy and Manners go both ways. This Place is SUPER CLEAN I noticed Lilly a Pedi-Tech Cleaning all the filters, of the foot tub baths:-) After A Customer Was Done With A Pedi. THAT'S THE WAY TO AVOID INFECTIONS & PROBLEMS. """It's also the law, per the Health Dept and, OSHA. Always Good To Ck Licenses. POSTED BY FRONT DOOR""" Salon Also Should Have A Current Cert Of Operation. As for my pedi it was just ok. Henry's regular clients are Tennis Players, Runners and Athletes. The massaging techniques are mostly deep tissue. For my softy feet. Deep tissue that has me jumping out of my chair. Going OUUCH:-( is not relaxing. I'm more into Swedish. Take my legs on a vacation:-P So, on next appt. I'll sched with another tech for Pedi. This Place is YELP A+ for me:-)) Any issues. You'll be sure to know:-)

I gotta give this nail salon a 5 Stars for the following reasons:…read more 1. Cleanliness (eg: they actually took the time to pure some Clorox bleach into my pedicure bath after I got a pedicure and run the water for awhile that makes me feel so safe when they do that after every customer!!!) 2. I have been coming to this place since they were opened and always like their services. Of course I have my favorite techs but I had all of them helped me at least once before and every one seemed very consistent. I do see the same faces working there all the time which is pretty rare for a nail salon. It's kinda of sad to like someone and then one day, they went on vacation and never come back ....(that happened to me in 2 other other salons before I found this one) 3. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't push for things that aren't necessary. You come in for a fill, the charge is the same every time unless there is repairs or extra nail arts. With them, I rarely had to have a broken nail. For years, I had only came in for a repair because I moved and slammed my hand and broke 3 nails. The manager helped me with the repairs and actually didn't charge me that time ( he's pretty fun to talk to, very polite guy) I guess it pays to be their loyal customers. 4. Every customer gets a fresh bag of tools for your pedicure/manicure. I had watched them sanitize their tools in the back of the store. On my first time coming there, they actually showed me how they do their sanitation which made me feel very safe coming there. 5. They do have appointments available Mon-Fri (schedule in advance of course) and they are very good about being on time. I have never felt like being rushed while getting my nails and toes done there. 6. Most of the techs there speaks English well. I think there are 2 that don't speak English fluently but they do do a very good job on pedicures and manicures. I had used both of them and haven't have any problem with them at all. Overall, this place is a pretty good place to get your nails done. They are located in the other end of the Mall near Macy's. -Kristen
