Truly the worst gel manicure I have ever had. When I walked in, I was alarmed by how filthy the salon appeared. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt which was a terrible idea. The tech only allowed each gel coat to cure under the light for about 10 seconds. When I questioned this, he insisted it was sufficient time. Low and behold, the gel began chipping within two days. Oh, I love this place! I have been a customer at Titi's for five years! I have never had a bad experience there. Nikki does an excellent, excellent job on my nails and gel pedicure. She understands exactly howI like them to look. Who doesn't love a 45 minute regular pedicure? Many times she has gone out of her way to make my nails look really great for no extra charge! Extra care is always taken to preserve my natural nails with a gorgeous, sheer, pink overlay. Nikki is a very kind, friendly person, and she really cares about her customers. This Business Was Sold 2 mths ago since the date posted on my Review. The New Name is Titis Nails. I was Very Surprised to see my Review on a place called LT(??)I Checked Google & The Titis Website does not open. Only access via Facebook. ***This is time consuming. However, I invest the time. Hoping to make a difference in the Community. Please, excuse the Book Chapter. After all it's just the consumers money:-/ Right?? The BAD NEWS IS COMING:-(( I found this place on the night of 12/22/2018 on my way to Target. They were getting ready to close. Nicki the owner. Spoke with me and gave me an appt. for today, Sunday 12/23/2018 with Ben. I arrived prior to my sched 2pm appt time. Was asked to sit at station #4. I know the process very well of the norm routine, when you walk into a nail salon. Usually, sign in at the desk. Go look at the colors available, no water was offered. They do not offer any other type of beverage. Toward the end of my Nail Adventure. I had to ask for water. Well... I was not asked to do any of the above. So I just sat down. Ben showed up after a good 10min. When I scheduled my appt in person I explained to Nicki. That I wanted my nails like I had been getting them done in Jacksonville, I have been using the new dipping powder. However, the color dipping powder did not work good for me the first time. Reason being, I noticed it lacked the luster and shine that you get with Gel Polish. Much to my disappointment even had a grainy looking texture when I looked at it up close. I asked others to tell me if they noticed this. Everyone would say, absolutely. And, well... but it's not so bad. In addition, the powder alone does not last as long as the Gel Polish topping it. Seriously!! It's pricier. This is what Holly(in Jax)came up with to work with the powder & the Gel super shiny color of my choice. Do the colorless dipping powder. Then, apply two thin coats of your preferred Gel Color Polish & finish w/a coat of Clear Gel. It's been working like a CHARM! My nails grew quickly. My polish lasted 3 weeks! Even with the task involved in moving(lots of boxes to a new home) Welll... Ben was trying to be friendly. Communication(Language)was a problem. I understand enough Vietnamese to get by.(Different dialects by region) He asked me if I wanted my nails short. I said no, he insisted on just a little bit. I said, ok very little. He cut 1/2 my growth. Not good. Then he was insisting I'd get the color dipping powder. Trying to explain to him, what we had agreed on the night before with Nicki the Owner(In his presence was fruitless) almost 15min of back & forth. He returned w/a small tray. I pointed out the bottle next to a powder said Acrylic. I asked him. And, he said yes. I told him, thought he understood me:-( Back & forth yo-yo. He used the clear dipping powder, the Gel. Left my cuticles rough. Product all over my fingers. Red polish on my wrist. The Art?? He was following a Pic that's posted on Google(Their Site). I guided him to how & where. ***HERES THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK: The worse incident was a woman(Black & White Shirt, with red color on the shoulders. She's doing a Pedi on one of the Pics I posted) Started making fun of my issue with the other employees. In Vietnamese, I understood enough that I was fuming. I told Ben and he laughed. Well I gave her a taste of her medicine. Telling her what I thought of her in Castilian. At check out. Nicki spoke with me and profusely apologized. So did Ben. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Told her never underestimate what language/s people speak regardless of what they look like. And, if employees want to speak in an unprofessional manner about customers or each other. It should be done in the back. I was charged $35 I gave Ben $45 in Cash and bid him farewell. I'm not a cheap skate. I dropped the cash on the other side of the counter. Told Nicki, address the unprofessional behavior. Lots of competition. read more

Now called TiTi's Nails next to Target in Vero Beach, Florida. I walked in hoping to find a new place to get a basic Manicure and Pedicure. I was pawned off on a person that was still in training. The 'tech' had more training with pedicures because mine was ok but my heels were still rough and partially callused and the nails were rough on the ends. This same person did my manicure, did not understand what I wanted, and did not receive any guidance from more experienced nail techs, who were listening. Now I will have to wait for my fingernails to grow out to have a manicure again. I do not recommend this nail place and will not be back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars... I would!!! I took my daughters to TiTi's nails to get their nails done for school. Had asked for acrylic nails with gel polish. Upon arrival we were directed to pick out colors in which was doneOnce my daughters daughters told them we wanted multiple colors, the attitude completely changed. I have been going to Titi's nail salon since October 2021. Since I just moved to Vero Beach. I called and made a nail appt on Tues for 4:45 today. Went to the salon and Christy Said what time is your appointment? I said, now 4:45. She said someone else would be doing my nails after waiting 20 minutes. I made the appointment with her on Tuesday she even took my number. She said my appointment wasn't written down. I showed her my calender on my phone where it says it. No apology for her mistake. Or offer another appointment. Very unprofessional. I am a good customer and tip extremely well. Will not be going back there. I do not recommend this place. Went next door to Sally's beauty supply. Told them what happened. They said they used to be good but lately we're hearing bad things about them. I said could they recommend another place. She sent me to Tiffany's across the street. Go in today for a "basic" pedicure. Ben is usually good and this is who i got at 9am today as a walk in. He has given me 3 previous pedicures at 1 month intervals for $28. Today he mumbled something about a callus build-up and was rough with me. I was on phone and didn't hear what he said. Worst pedicure ever. My husband and I both asked for the Super Spa. No different than a regular pedicure anywhere else except you get a paraffin treatment. They guy used the grater looking thing on my feet but never smoothed them out with the pad so they are still rough. Paraffin was so hot that I had to eventually tell him to take it off. Did not really trim my cuticles or around my toes. My husband never even got the grater for his callouses. Massage was nothing. Waste of $92.00 read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I was a walk-in client, deciding on the fly to get a fill for an acrylic manicure. I've recently moved to the area and haven't yet found a "usual" salon to frequent. There were 3 technicians present, an older gentleman, a younger gentleman and an older woman. The older gentleman, who barely spoke broken English, did my manicure. I was going from "squovals" to "stiletto" nails. I showed him 5 different pictures of the kind of manicure I wanted and he seemed to understand, even going so far as to style my pinkie finger (this wound up being the only nail that came out "right"). It took 15 minutes for him to file my acrylic nails down and then to begin hard filing ... at this point, there was nothing I could do except bear through it ... he filed so hard, I had to pull my hand away several times and ask him to be more gentle. By the time he had finished, the nails I had started with were gone ... But I certainly didn't have the "stiletto" nails that I'd wanted. The "stumps" I had at this point were so lopsided, my hands look crooked. During my manicure, the technician that was doing my nails, kept jumping up to tell ANOTHER technician what he was doing wrong with a client. It took 15 minutes to file my nails and almost 30 minutes to finish airbrushing a simple french manicure. The entire time he was doing my nails, he was yelling in his native language at the other technicians for what they were doing wrong, or how to do their jobs. Another customer came in and my technician spent 15 minutes of MY manicure time telling the technician doing HER manicure how to do his job. In the end, I walked out with nails that had started out almost 1 inch past the tip of my finger and ended up barely 1/4" long, crooked and the tips of my fingers are rubbed raw hamburger. I will have to wait weeks for the raw sores on my fingertips to heal before I can soak these acrylic tips off and start over again. I cannot express enough how much I advise that you go ANYWHERE else to get your nails done. On a side note, while I was having MY appointment, another customer came in for a manicure. After being passed from 2 technicians, she left after being harassed by the older female nail tech to get a pedicure and refusing. The atmosphere in this "salon" (and I use that term loosely) was unprofessional and disappointing. My search continues ... read more

Girl would not cut - hardly filed - $15 - I said never mind - proceeded to only polish. Rude and abrasive and of course started frustratively speaking with coworker. They were AWESOME! I got a French pedicure and a gel manicure and it was perfect. They were so attentive to detail and just an all around fun time. Worst Place for nails. I had being all over the east coast and this was the worst experience ever. The guy there keep hitting my fingers and put a ton of white powder, like a brick on each nail.
