After two imaging visits, my doctor said the next stop was physical therapy. I ended up at this facility based on a combination of location, good reviews, and the recommendations of friends. My imaging results seemed complicated, and PT was a new experience for me, but the staff quickly set me at ease. Ellen was my primary PT (Abby covered for her a few times). An initial consultation led to a therapy plan, later modified along the way based upon my feedback. I was given exercises for home, and an app that provided videos of the exercises. So my two therapy sessions per week were supported by 20-30 minutes of home exercises 12-13x per week. For a long time, the going was slow, and I wasn't sure I really was making progress. But Ellen kept me focused on each step, with a balance of correction and kindness that worked for me. My symptoms continue to subside a little bit more each week. Ellen was my therapist and it was obvious from the first session she's a master of her craft. I was there for rehab on a shoulder injury. Ellen gave me a recommendation for a great surgeon and rehabbed me back to better than new. I can't recommend this place enough. Ann has the patience of a saint. Emily, the other therapist, is great as well but has very questionable taste in music. You simply won't receive better care anywhere. True experts.

If you're going to do physical therapy, might as well do it downtown where you're bound to get a better giggle than South County, Chesterfield, or any of those sterile environments. Therapists meander around, working with all their clients. I've had two therapists so far-one rather quirky, the other easy to talk to and a normal dude. Location is on a corner, right in the middle of downtown. Convenient for my Soulard living self. Parking is at meters, but there are usually some within a block or two. If you have a big ol truck, gooooood luck. I think a garage is attached, but I'm not sure the logistics of that. The seating when you walk in is right in the sun and kinda hot, but there isn't much space to sit elsewhere. They get you back quickly, so it's not a deal breaker. If my shoulder stays attached and I can still bench press 150 in a year, I'll be sure to update!

I gave my name to Robin, the sweet receptionist, and someone came and whisked me off to my private room. And, you can also add on pure oxygen to breathe in during your IV treatment. There are 2 sizes of bags - I chose the smaller one, as I was a virgin. I started noticing the changes around month 4, so don't give up too soon! My muscle tone has deff increased too in my arms and I don't train them in the gym. I love the office I go to. Technically they're "men's health" but I had to go there over their women's clinic side because that's where they do lab work at and I wanted a hormone panel ran to check on my thyroid. The office is beautifully designed, and the lab staff is on it. Robin is amazing and is seriously the sweetest person ever. The rest of the staff Is no diff, they're all super professional but friendly and attentive to anything you need. I couldn't say enough good things about them!!! Love! And as for their men's therapy, my ex went there for lowT and ED and he loved it too! We both drove to Shiloh from STL (30 min) and it's worth it. Physical therapy is competent caring and dedicated. Food is well handled and we'll prepared. Medications are handled well. Clean place that does not have typical urine smell Older facility with small rooms but reasonably well maintained with lots of exceptions.. Understaffed and that leads to hiring of mediocre CNAs but supplemented by good agency CNAs and leads to delays in attending to patients' calls for assistance. Mostly friendly staff.
