Worst airport pick-up experience ever - AVOID! I have been a frequent user of taxis to & from airports for over 13 years. I booked an airport pick-up via email & received an email saying that the taxi was confirmed. While I was waiting to leave the plane, I was called & told to pay for the taxi when I got to the luggage belt. This I did. 40min later there was no sign of the car so I called & was told it was 10min away. 20min later I call again: this time it is 5min away. The car eventually arrived more than 1hr after my first call. The driver told me he had only been asked to pick me up 15min before he arrived. I called twice to complain & each time was told the manager was on a break and would call back. No call. Eventually, I received a brief email that implied that it was my fault as there had been a 'mix up' in understanding how long it takes to collect luggage. I tried to escalate to the MD, but received no reply. I will never use them again and STRONGLY recommend anyone not to use them for an airport pick up. read more
