It was a Saturday and it was busy, but they squeezed me in and took a look at the tire. Also, the manager tried to get my fleet company on the line to cover the repair. They weren't helpful, but it was nice of him to go that extra mile. In the end, I was out the door in less than two hours. I thought half of my day would be lost, but it wasn't. Thank you!

I've been a loyal customer of this Meineke for years. I've brought them my car, my wife's car, and…read moremy son's car. I've spent thousands of dollars there. I had no issue with the staff at the shop itself. Then I had my car in for its 100,000-mile service. They charged me nearly $500 for spark plugs and nearly $500 for a coolant change. I questioned those charges and eventually got a small partial refund. Then I picked up the car and took a road trip with my son. The A/C, which had been working perfectly before the service, suddenly wasn't working. So I called. Seems reasonable, right? The person I was referred to by corporate immediately decided it was impossible that their service had anything to do with the problem. He hadn't seen my car. He hadn't inspected it. He hadn't even bothered to ask me any meaningful questions. But he was very confident about one thing: I was apparently trying to "cheat" Meineke because I wanted them to look at a problem that appeared immediately after their service. That was the moment I was done. I wasn't asking for a free repair. I was asking a company I had trusted--and given thousands of dollars over the years--to at least investigate a problem that surfaced immediately after they worked on my car. Instead, I got arrogance, accusations and zero accountability. You can overcharge me and I'll question the bill. You can make a mistake and I'll give you a chance to fix it. But accuse a longtime customer of trying to scam you before you've even looked at the car? Absolutely not. I will never use this Meineke again. And if you're considering bringing your car here, my advice is simple: Don't. Take your business somewhere that actually values it.
