For my 30th birthday my Aunt ordered me flowers from 1-800 Flowers and this was the florist chosen. I had originally received a floral arrangement with some dead flowers and a half deflated balloon the day after my birthday when it was supposed to be delivered on my birthday. Then a week later, I received a half price replacement bouquet which was smaller than the original bouquet - the only plus side is that there were barely any flowers in this bouquet so I didn't have to worry about them being dead! Ordered Valentines flowers for my wife. The delivery driver called after she left for the day and asked to meet in a parking lot near her office since that was easier. We told her no and just deliver them on 2/15. They didn't arrive on 2/15 either. When we called to cancel the order it either kept ringing until a "message turned off option" or it went to a fax. When we finally got through, there was no explanation or apology. They just said "we'll let accounting know". Scam business. Stay away. Hilariously bad. I logged into my Yelp account after what? 9 years? Just to post this. Didn't fulfill my online order for Valentine's Day, even though I got a confirmation email. My girlfriend drove 20 miles to go pick up her bouquet (confirmed order 5171) and they had no idea what she was talking about. Why, do you ask, did she have to drive 20 miles? Because these unbelievable incompetents advertise their business as "Downingtown Flowers," which is her hometown, 20 MILES away from their actual location. I won't even go into detail about how the photos on their site show a $20 upgrade as an extra 6 roses, and they actually only give you three. 0/5, would not recommend. read more

I ordered a balloon arrangement through their website (chesterspringsflowers.com). It was delivered promptly the next day but instead of the 2 mylar and 8 latex balloons I had ordered my friend only received 5 of the latex balloons. I called to complain thinking there had been a mistake but no there had deliberately shortchanged my order. I was told the cost of helium had gone up so they had sent fewer balloons. They did refund for the missing balloons but I had wanted a nice arrangement delivered, not a skimpy one. By the next morning the balloons were all deflated. read more

What they delivered to my mom was not the grand bouquet I ordered but a small bouquet with barely any flowers, with brown edged roses, broken and yellow/brown greens leaves, and drooping purple flowers. They rang the bell and left the flowers on the porch at night in winter with no plastic or paper around it. I called Blooms Today and got a full refund. read more

Received a birthday basket from my in-laws. After sending her a thank you with a photo of basket, she was very upset. The little basket sent was nothing like the large beautiful basket (with bow, multiple flowers, etc) she ordered. She thought she was ordering from a local florist(Phoenixville is not local to me - also hit her with a high delivery fee bc of this), but this is a scam. Ended up the 1-888 number was Avas - a brokerage who hopes they get away with sending the wrong order. They charged $5 for a card, (not delivered), $5 for a BOW which was in photo like it was included (not delivered) and a basket that was a small portion of the basket she ordered. Not sure this review will help others but hopefully it will. read more

I ordered flowers for my mother's 85th birthday. Jamie promised they would be delivered within a few hours but the flowers never arrived. I tried to call several times throughout the day but no one picked up and the voice mailbox was full. The shop is now closed and still no delivery. What a disappointment and waste of money, I work too hard to be taken advantage of and $60.00 a lot of money to "steal" from some one. I called 1-800-FLOWERS and through them, ordered a large sympathy bouquet for my cousin who passed away. I had them delivered to the funeral home. When they arrived, the funeral director said the arrangement was not only destroyed, but half dead, and the delivery driver was "creepy". The funeral director apologized, but said they were SO bad he couldn't even put them in the room. I called and left a message demanding to know what had happened, and they never called me back. So, I had to go above them, call 1-800-FLOWERS again, got reimbursed and adamantly insisted they do not work with such a shoddy florist in the future. read more

The first (yes, first, bc they screwed it up) arrangement looked NOTHING like the site image and there was NO balloon that I'd paid extra for. Very few flowers--looked like one you can by at the grocery store. I was refunded my money through BloomsTime. However, this florist did send a replacement--unbeknownst to me. It would have been nice to get a heads up and an apology/call from an actual human being or at the very least an email. Nothing. This one did include a balloon and looked more like the image so that was nice, however, the original delivery was for 12/24 and the replacement didn't arrive until 12/27. Ordered the Teleflora '48 Ford Pickup Bouquet and I paid to upgrade from standard to deluxe arrangement. HOT MESS was delivered with balloon tied around the truck planter and not the pick that holds the greeting message. Black plastic that holds the floral foam the flowers are in was all bent trying to fit it in the bed of the planter. The size arrangement I paid for was so full you could not see this black plastic but what was delivered clearly shows this black plastic container! DID not order some of the flowers in what was delivered. Teleflora should rethink using this florist for sure!! They do not represent the Teleflora brand well at all. Next flower delivery for this area I will tell Teleflora NOT to use this florist!! Do not waste your money on this florist as you will be disappointed. CP read more

Two experiences that were awful within 1 month, First time they delivered flowers that were wilted and without the supplements i.e. bear and balloon that were ordered and paid for...bad attitude when it was requested that they return with said paid items to make order complete. Second time...roses in bouquet were old and brown around the edges, rest of flowers in bouquet were not as ordered. Again balloons ordered and paid for were not with order that was to arrive at 10:15am and arrived at 8:42pm. Very bad attitudes for poor business operations. You don't get what you pay for and try to cheat you out of what you paid for even when confronted. Would never use again and highly recommend ordering elsewhere. read more

They are also know as Flower Creations and purchase all their flowers at Produce Junction (I recently found the receipt in Produce while shopping with my wife) which explains why the arrangement we got recently only lasted 2 days. The owner never called us back. The prom bouquets and corsages our friends got never held up either, and now we know why. Find another more reputable shop with a long standing history. read more

This is the worst florist I've ever used. I ordered a specific arrangement for the birth of my grandson - our first grandchild. I ordered through FromYouFlowers.com (whom I highly recommend) and they picked this place for the arrangement and delivery. The specific arrangement was perfect for my needs - some sunflowers, which have a special meaning to my daughter, a beautiful crystal pitcher, which my daughter collects, and lemon slices, which have a special meaning to my son-in-law. It was pictured as a tall, airy and beautiful arrangement, with pretty greenery. I also paid for a "congratulations " Mylar balloon, and same day delivery to the hospital. What was delivered was awful! No sunflowers, no balloon, no same day delivery, flowers that were stuck unartfully? in a yellow pitcher, and plastic PINEAPPLE slices stuck here and there. I called FromYouFlowers, and they were wonderful about trying to fix this. So I reordered the same arrangement, delivered to their home. The second arrangement was worse than the first! Just a handful of flowers stuck in a pottery looking vase, with straggly greens slopping over the sides. I was so disappointed I was crying. FromYouFlowers.com again was wonderful about this whole thing, and refunded my money. But the point was that this was a really special day for all of us, and while the birth day wasn't ruined, this definitely cast a pall on it for me. I do suggest using FromYouFlowers, because they are great and very reasonably priced, just request that they not use this 'florist' for your arrangements in this part of Pennsylvania.
