I went back into the store with my original receipt to explain, and was told I could purchase another bouquet if I would like. No thank you for $75 the day of the prom! Why wouldn't the white boutonnière match with a white bouquet? It was noted on the order black dress, and I was told they just made the decision. Why ask for my name and phone number if you aren't going to call with any questions? I quickly made my way to Produce Junction to purchase white roses which I added to the bouquet myself to match the boutonnière as much as I could. What if they were wearing a purple, yellow, pink, or any other color tie and accessories to play off of the black dress? I will not be back- I miss Farrells!

Even though about half of the plants and flowers are artificial, they look remarkably realistic and blend seamlessly with the live ones. I also loved the variety of plants and flowers available for sale--from potted plants to beautifully arranged bouquets in vases. What truly topped off the experience was the warm and friendly service from every staff member I encountered in the shop. It's a wonder, then, that the café's customer service felt entirely different from the one in the store--hence, the loss of one star in my rating. Like what the other Yelper mentioned, I also noticed that the baristas seemed too preoccupied with their tasks than to assist customers. When I approached the counter, one barista spent a long time arranging a food order, while another was busy restocking coins in the cash register. Even though they could clearly see me and another customer standing right in front of the counter, neither of them acknowledged or greeted any of us. After standing there in silence for quite a while, I eventually gave up and didn't bother placing an order. At that point, a vending machine might have been a better option--it would've at least been more responsive.

The individual behind the counter did not acknowledge us for at least eight minutes while she was preparing another customer's order. Once she did, there was no smile or pleasant greeting. The soup was luke warm and tasted awful and the quiche was like a rubber display. It was definitely not money well spent. This is no longer a favorite place to visit.

I painted my own wedding invitations and wanted to include the wedding florals and Nicole helped explain which blooms would be included. I literally yelped with joy when the bouquets were delivered on the wedding morning and they looked EXACTLY like the painting! Our guests could not stop talking about the flowers, they were so stunning and the way that Nicole and her team perfectly understood the description "white, cream, peach, and blush with small pops of blue delphinium" is just incredible! They made every request happen, from the light blue taper candles to the blush ribbons on the bouquets.
