My second time as a customer proved more difficult than the first. My phone screen cracked and went in to replace it. The first screen was defected. Because of the manufacturer warranty they replaced it. But apparently with a $100 more expensive one. However it doesn't matter because my screen is impossible to type on. It keeps changing the letters & typing letters or words that I don't type. He claims his testing is accurate - testing isn't typing words but letters slowly, one at a time in the "TO" of a text message. Had he tried typing he would be as frustrated as I am right now trying to type this. I showed him but he claims it was my typing. The screen that I had to get repaired was from my first time getting my screen replaced there. So I know it's possible to act normal. However he refused to listen, or test it out via typing a paragraph even though it has a manufacturers warranty. Also-the repair job was so bad the screen came unplugged from normal use within 30 min. I have dropped my phone thousands of times I'm sure but never has the screen unplugged. Listen.. I don't want to be in your store any longer than I have to. But it's time to make this right. Yelp makes me give at least 1 star but with a 25% success rate & awful customer service l'd really like to give negative stars. After not receiving a phone call from the owner I called the store. The same tech refuses to understand that the screen he put on doesn't work. He claims I'm trying to coerce him into something... into what exactly? I'm not asking for an additional product, I never asked for have a (supposedly) more expensive screen to be put on. I asked to have a screen that doesn't malfunction. He claimed because I walked in without a case on it, that that proves I dropped it. It proved nothing. I didn't drop it, I didn't want to bother bringing the case in with me. What I think they do is put on a terrible screen, customer comes back when it doesn't work & they seem "better" when they put on a "more expensive one". When really they're all shitty products. Because this has happened not once, but twice. The kicker? The owner refused to call me. This happened at the Commerce location but after a search on LARA they all have the same owners. Im really happy. My phone was broken for at least 4 days & i called and went to many different places. Many of the places could not fix my phone, and were very unreasonable. So today i was freaking out and thought i ran out of options. After calling a couple places today, this store popped up online. I was skeptical but when i went in, the guy fixed my phone :O He fixed it right in front of me sososo fast :O I don't normally take time to review things, but i really had to because I'm pleasantly surprised & super happy:) read more

Dillon was extremely friendly and professional! My LCD screen for my iPhone was repaired quickly (under 15 mins), which exceeded my expectations! I assumed I would have to leave it at least overnight since I came later in the day, but he was able to fix it while I waited. I definitely recommend this repair place for any phone or tablet issue, and will come back if I have another problem. (Also, they can replace iPhone batteries, which I thought couldn't be done; I may be bringing in my mom's phone for that service) read more

My mother broke the screen on her ATT cell a couple weeks ago and took it here. She was almost certain she would be required to pay at least $150. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they accept the insurance and the entire repair was free. Took a day. Dropped off one day. Picked up the following. Can't beat it. BEWARE- Warranty company sent me here to get screen replaced on my iPhone. Now phone has error message that the screen is unauthorized. Rude guy at counter said this is normal. Had I known this, I would have taken it to the Apple Store. Asked to talk to manager but guy REFUSED to give me the manager's phone number or email. Stay away from this place! read more
