If you need a console repair, I do not recommend that you go here. I took my ps5 in for repair as it was shutting off when I played a game for a long amount of time and they stated "Oh that should be a simple fix". They contacted me back the next day and advised my ps5 was repaired and everything seemed to be fine. I picked my console up and when I took it home, it didn't even power on when I hooked it back up. I immediately called them and went back the same day. They stated they would look into it and see what's going on. They later gave me a call and said the device is still not powering on. I was advised by a manager by the name Justin that they didn't have the "necessary equipment" to figure out the problem. I ended up picking up my device and taking it to another repair company. The tech from the other company informed that whoever worked on my ps5 previously used too much Liquid Metal which leaked into my motherboard causing the system to malfunction. I also have photos taken from the tech as proof. At this point I am owed another ps5 from UBreakiFix. Justin told me to bring the device back to him to look at it again. I didn't hear an update from him as it has been nearly a week, so called them and Justin went on PTO without giving an update. He also got his higher up Monique involved but I was never contacted by her personally. I had to call and speak with another manager who finally gave me a device replacement almost a month later. We live in Ann Arbor, so the nearest Asurion repair shop is 30 mins away in a few directions. I called ahead for details, and the person who called up was very helpful in letting us know how long the repair would likely take and when to come in (earlier in the day is better). Longer story short, we came to Ford Rd bc we love the nearby food. Drop off went smoothly, and they were done in half the time quoted. Seems like quality work, done fast (we'd prepared to just come back the next day and we're surprised that they completed the job before we were done at NeeHee's). Great experience. read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Assistant Manager Justin was amazing with my laptop repair, and all the staff here was friendly, professional, and--above all--down to Earth. Justin gave a fair evaluation of my laptop's problems and the shop didn't charge excessively like some other shops did in the Canton area. Watching the other staff help the other clients, I also saw them act the same while also giving advice on how to maintain devices to prevent the damage. If I have any tech issues in the future, this would be the place I'd immediately go to. read more

I had a repair appointment at 11:00. I'm always punctual so I showed up at 10:30. I was told there are 7 repairs ahead of me and my 1 hour repair would be at least 4 hours. The manager was also rude beyond belief. No Prices are also higher than the published Samsung prices. I would give zero stars if allowed. read more

Dropped my PlayStation off at 12pm on Saturday. I didn't hear from them for over two days so I called them on Memorial Day because their website and Google said they were open their regular hours. Answered the phone and took a few minutes to even find my order to tell me that they "think" it's done. They told me they were only open for 20 more minutes for the holiday and I told them that we were leaving immediately and would be there. Showed up at 5:05 to the guy who was literally on the phone with me walking out the door and saying sorry. Definitely never giving them my business again. Your local repair shop will probably be faster and actually call you. Don't waste your time here. read more

They are very accurate in dealing with phone issues and the person I spoke with when I arrived knew exact pricing off the top of his head. He was able to answer my questions thoroughly and offer good advice on how best to proceed. Terrible service. They had my phone for over 45 days and did not do a thing or follow up on the service. Now they told me that I can pick up the device which has not had anything done to it for service or repair. They promised me the device would be replaced but it was not and they didn't follow though with their commitment to me. All calls with them were recorded on my end and I will be filing complaints with all respective point of contacts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. Unless you are okay with being without a phone for 45 days without anything done to it and no updates from them about anything unless you call and follow up yourself. read more

Christian the General Manager was a blessing today! My one year old dropped his AILA tablet andI called all around trying to see if anyone could fix it and no one knew what the AILA tablet was . I called first and they advised they would do a free diagnostic. I went in Christian was able to quickly assess the issue , which was the power cord came loose ( floating cable ) He quoted me a price , after he fixed it he came out and said this was free anything for the kids.
