I cant believe people REALLY complained about this sooo much they changed the rule. Reps can no longer put the thick plastic cover on customers phones.They also couldn't set up on my friends phone in the store, which made this the WHOLE reason why this night was ruined. This is how we spent our Friday afternoon. We were in the store for about 20 minutes and then went home, we were told we could just log into our WIFI and the phone will start downloading everything (backing up) and activate right away, ok seems easy how hard can this be...... It had been about three hours on the phone with the four different reps (apple and Verizon reps), to them head back up to Verizon store again, which is another 30 min (to and from: 1 hour total) to drive to the store and back. Details: We've been on the phone to find out the number on the receipt goes to their 1-800 number, 20 mins of waiting for a rep to tell us that he can't help us set up the phone and we need to contact Apple, which Apple Rep was actually pretty amazing and helped us with the two authentication code (ONLY apple can by pass this and remove it) and then she told us we need to contact Verizon again to talk to two different reps and the last one said "head to the store" because you have a defective phone. Brand new and already having issues, we need to take this back NOW. We get into the store and ask for the manager as we could've just called in the first place to find out someone in the store knew what was going on. YEAH!! He had been there for 6 years and knew it was the SIMS card, WOW. I mean are you kidding me, could've been avoided. If someone on the phone we spoke to had this "in store experience" in the past. I was heated at this point, but we were happy there wasn't anything wrong with the phone it self. The point is the WHOLE night was ruined because we were on the phone for hours and in the store and traveling up there, just because they didn't set up the phone. OH the best part is the new download for the iphone was making my friend use the middle button and that is what made the button stop working and that is why she needed a new phone. I think the whole thing is insane, wrong, and I think someone should at least given her (me too) a free starbucks drink, from across the street for all the time we spent in the store and on the phone, but who am I to make these decisions. All because of a one in a million things that could go wrong SIMS CARD is bad!!! I don't have that good of patience with trouble shooting over the phone and would've went to the store after the first hour, but you would HOPE someone could help you over the phone. I look at us NOT being able to activate the phone in the store as an issue. I don't understand how we have to take the sims card out when talking on the phone with a Verizon rep and Apple rep, this appears to be a rep in the stores job, as they have the special tools to take it out, but if we could've activated it in the store this would've solved ALL the issues. The problem here is since the store didn't help her set up the phone it's promoting for a verification #being sent to the OLD phone and it's two phone authentication! when we spoke with the two he said he can't by pass the "two factor authenticated code" and we now have to call apple! That was about another ten min wait (not bad) until she made US pop out the SIM card, to them prompt us through a few things to get the code to send us to the same steps we keep running in! Listen the button stopped working and we paid 150 bucks out for the phone ID BC the new phone isn't set up! She was prompt with it and got is assistance however unless we called end up setting up the phone

Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. I would not, however, rate the company as high, due their lack of concern for his safety.

I can't say enough positive things about this business. I damaged my I-Pad2 while on a trip. I was so sure I was going to have to get a new one. I asked a friend if there was something I could do? He said call the phone shop. I did just that. I was met with great customer service from the owner, and my mind was put at ease about what was possible to fix my device. I had Chris working on my iPhones before he even had a shop. I continue to use his services and recommend him to everyone who asks, and even those who don't ask! My husband shattered his screen a year or so back and when he took it for repair, the owner didn't have the basic color, he did the repair with a customized color for the same price as the basic and had it done within 24 hours! My phone got serious damaged, the first shop I went to could not repair it but recommended the phone shop. The riped my eyes out on the price, but they some how were able to fix a phone that look like it was run over my a mac truck. And I really needed the phone fixed for work purposes. I see that I am a dissenting opinion. But then I look at the dates of the other reviews and I understand. They mention Chris. They are 8 months ore older. I agree. The phone shop WAS good. I have got to say this place deserves a RAVING review!!! I was doubting getting my TV…read morerepaired...only really ONE place in Yakima to have it done, and I saw that the shop was not even open until 12:00! Well, I called and left a message....sure enough, I received a call back within a timely matter; was asked right away what was wrong with my TV, then what brand and then we discussed what the value of the set was if I was to buy it again. He gave me his opinion that he thought that it was worth fixing; stated up front $50.00 deposit, but told me that this went towards the repair if I decided to have it repaired....otherwise the deposit payed for his time & effort in diagnosing the problem and to give me an estimate of the repair. This actually made perfect sense to me....man's time and craft is worth something! Decided to "take a chance" and I took my set down to him...we decided on a time to drop the set off at his shop and I met him there. Approximately 2-3 days later he called me back, explained the problem - not using a bunch of technical jargon...I mean explained it well - and not like I was an idiot either. He gave me the estimate (more than an estimate, stated this is what it will be EXACTLY) and stated that it would be done the next day....stated did not get paid until the end of the week; he said no problem. So, gave him the "go ahead" and set up a time to pick up my TV and pay him for his services. End of the week went and picked up the TV. He had it set up for me to see, hooked to an antennae....had me test it all out for myself, (and the wife) and was even missing a couple of screws in the base that he located some replacements for me for free. The price he gave me on the phone matched EXACTLY...not a penny more! We all sat and talked for a bit about how to increase the odds of getting HD reception in out geographical area....then....then (wait for it) ...then REALLY threw us for a loop. Here we are SURROUNDED by HD antennas ranging from $50.00 and up. He watched me pull the cash out of my wallet....he knew I COULD afford one...he was aware of the difficulty with our TV reception problems...so he gave us a small HD antenna and said try this if it works...keep it - you owe me nothing for it, if it doesn't work bring it back....but I think it will work for you. It is the best antenna we have EVER had...crystal clear channels...ALL CHANNELS! Now if you all want to know the repair I needed :) My TV would only power on when it wanted to, then eventually not at all....I thought it was a goner. TOTAL BILL: $225.00 It's a 52' LCD Flatscreen Olevia....not a cheap Wal-Mart today model...so I think it was worth it...we are happy. And considering I have a forever future repair guy that I TRUST....PRICELESS! Just can't give this place enough KUDOS!

It was in a box that was great for the shelf in the store and maybe for shipping on a pallet of other boxes, but not for the mail or for UPS. It needed another box and then to be shipped. My preference is for local businesses over franchises because all of the money stays as close to my community as possible so I did a little search and this one was convenient to my other errands. I used no other filter. The place was clean and bright, with tidy displays of local products (good place for gift shopping, perhaps), and the ranks of mailboxes at the front of the store. Someone came from out of the back before I got to the counter. I explained my situation, gave them the details, and the whole thing took about 6 minutes. An 18X18X10 inch box and the packing material for it plus shipping came to $44. I was pleased with the service, the atmosphere and the cost. I'll definitely be back to ship more of their stuff to them as their two year stint in the big apple continues.

They charged $350 per load to the landfill and made 2 trips because they brought a small trailer! Then charged $275 for the load going to be donated. Tim was flippant when discussing the job in the phone. If I had been the one making the final call, we would not have used this company. I will definitely not choose them in the future for any of my needs!
