And also when I called he was directly available and friendly and knowledgeable. We moved into a new apartment with old busted up phone wires, and Pierre came the next day and solved the whole thing and was friendly and great. Highly recommended. No bureacracy, no 'hold music', none of that crap. Just direct contact with an knowledgeable person.

I strongly caution anyone who is interested in using this company, as the person representing it seems to be dangerously unstable. If they act and speak this way while overtly representing their company, just imagine what he might do in your home or business while nobody is looking!
