I went to Phone Xpert to get my iPhone 12 Pro repaired. The charging port wasn't functioning properly and it didn't always charge when I plugged in the cable. I was quoted $89.99 plus tax. That was the cheapest price I found for my repair when I called around. Everything was done correctly and I only had to wait about 45 minutes. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of the communication issues. They were supposed to be open at 10am on Saturday. I got there right at 10am. The store was closed. I called and nobody answered. I eventually left and the owner called me back. That is the only reason I went back for the repair. I still recommend this place for any of your phone repairs. I called in advance to ensure they were able to repair the charging port on my phone. The gentleman at the store said it would take 15-20 minutes. Fair enough. Ran a quick errand and it was ready when I returned. The gentleman attempted to charge a different price than what the website had published but the service was very good. read more

Never again. Setup an appointment online with phone, problem and time. then: no one was there in the morning! Was given a lame excuse when we had to call them and no one tried to contact us. Was told come back 1230-100. No one was there at 100! Called later and was told technician was there. Went and he DOESN'T HAVE THE BATTERY! This is after the kid tech talks to someone on his phone on and on, comes out from the back and says. yes? Thats a big middle finger dumbwits.
