The overall look of the salon was clean and nice but this specific person's work station was dusty and full of hair like they didn't clean it for a long time. The entire wash and cut appointment lasted about 20 minutes and there was very little consultation about how I wear my hair or what shape I wanted the cut to have. With thick hair, a blunt shoulder cut leaves the hair very heavy and difficult to manage. I did try to address my concerns after the appointment and Diane later offered a refund, which I appreciate, but the experience itself was still very disappointing given how much length was removed compared to what we discussed.

Approximately 6 days later Harmony states "After further consideration we are not a good fit". The issue is that I had cancelled an appointment with another stylist to book with her. So I loss my appointment and deposits and no explanation of what changed from my consult to setting my establishment appointment. She has really good work from what I can see but it would have been nice for her to be upfront from the start.
