We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the photos sold to us by Amber-Drew. The quality…read moreof her pictures were average or slightly better than average, but the post-processing is atrocious. Nearly every photo has excessive vignetting (dark edges) that give the pictures a spooky look, not at all appropriate for family beach photos. Furthermore, she poorly superimposed fake sunsets in the background of our photos. The end result was not at all a professional quality set of photos. To make matters worse, after receiving the set of photos 3 weeks later than promised, I contacted Amber-Drew and requested she send us photos without the poor post processing mentioned in the first part of this review. She initially refused to do so, but finally sent a link where the files could be downloaded without her editing. This link, however, was to extremely low resolution versions of the photos that cannot be printed. I've attempted to resolve these issues with Amber-Drew by email and by text, but have received no response. I do not recommend use of this photographer.

After waiting 45 minutes, we were able to contact the photographer - she had car problems, but never contacted us let us know. She eventually showed and did a credible job. The product was poor - very washed out. They tried to "fix" the poor product; however, they never got back to us, nor did they return any of our calls. Unfortunately we fully paid in advance with no recourse. I do not recommend them.

Mercedes had a perfect spot in mind for the shoot, she was extremely helpful instructing us with certain poses and action shots, and had a great eye for detail. It was my first time ever doing a professional photoshoot and I can sometimes be an awkward guy, but her suggestions and gentle direction made it feel like a completely natural experience. We got our edited photos back a few days later right as we were about to head home from our vacation, and me and my girlfriend were absolutely blown away at how good they came out!!!! We literally said to each other that we felt like professional models they were beautiful, our friends and family raved about them, and they memorialized such a perfect little moment in time. I'm SO glad we went with this company, the price was beyond reasonable and for the results we got, you'd think we payed wayyy more. We will 110% be using them again in the future

It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I appreciated their staff giving me suggestions in planning the shoot. Our group of 13 included adults, teens, a 15 month baby and four family units. MBP suggested early evening, which I was surprised. But the beach was almost empty, the ocean was beautiful and we got great shots. In fact a storm was looming, but you'd never know it by our photos. Rick did a great job of taking pictures of our entire group, then us with our children, us with our grandchildren, each family unit, each couple, the siblings, and the cousins. I could tell he was experienced. He made great suggestions and was so creative. We were very pleased with his work. Rick took over 150 photos in an hour. Our photos were wonderful! Two days later, we viewed the photos and placed our order. Due to the hurricane our photos were delayed a bit, but no big problem.
