I have never seen a photographer put so much heart into the work they do. She was able to make my wedding photos speak and I am going to treasure them for the rest of my life!!! I've thought long and hard about this review because we were really disappointed when we got the…read morepictures. We desperately wanted to love these photographers, and we did until the actual wedding day and when we got the pictures. They were very nice, but this is not a good choice for wedding photography. I was very meticulous with my planning and gave the photographers detailed schedules for the day with addresses included. Still, the photographer that was supposed to take pictures of the girls getting ready showed up at the wrong address and was over an hour late by the time she got to us. That meant, most of the pics that were supposed to happen before the ceremony didn't happen until after. Then, even though all the guys' pics had been done very well BEFORE the ceremony by the second photographer, the primary photographer insisted on wasting time redoing them after the ceremony. We tried to help the photographers understand some of the shots we wanted long before the wedding day, but they clearly had not taken the time to think through how to do some VERY simple requests so we didn't even get some of the pics we wanted. I specifically asked for one of the photographers to get a picture of my husband's face when he first saw me enter the ceremony and they didn't get the once-in-a-lifetime shot. Also, they took SO long doing pics between the ceremony and dinner that we were an hour and a half later to our reception than we should have been, our guests didn't eat until after 9pm, and some of our guests had to leave before we even arrived. Then, the photographers left at 10pm anyway, BEFORE I tossed the boquet or had any of our first dances, even though it was THEIR tardiness that made us run that late in the first place. When we finally got the pictures, I was very disappointed by the quality. The framing was awful and many times the people weren't even centered in the photos----and these were the EDITED photos. I haven't even looked at the non-edited ones yet. Thank GOODNESS we got the RAW files so my photographer sister--in-law can fix their mistakes. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I do not recommend them unless you have the technology, know-how, and time to edit your own photographs and get the RAW files.

We had a mini shoot with Tracey done for Christmas. This was special to us because we'd just become…read morea family with a 3 month son.Tracey was very forgiving an understanding because we were running behind schedule and with both parties coming from two different locations. she began shooting me alone and we know she went over the allotted 30 minutes that we paid for; we are very appreciative of those qualities, anyone else would have rescheduled,or only gave us what we paid for. When we were reviewing our photos before ordering we noticed there was a lot of editing done. There were touch ups that weren't needed and touch ups that were needed and were not applied. We have darker skin tones and we were tremendously lightened up.My son was edited, I loved his pictures but he looked like artificial. We settled on 5 photos, 2 of which I'm not completely satisfied. But for the value I would recommend and possibly give another shot

It…read morerained on the day of the outdoor shoot, so we lost about an hour of the 3 I paid for because he did not have any protective covering for his equipment and it couldn't get wet. The rain was in the forecast, and we should have really have been rescheduled or given an additional hour at another time as that is what I paid for. The cost for quality of the actual photos are high. I paid $90.00 for a 4 x 6 15 photo brag book. The brag book came spiral bound ( think lined paper note book binding) on less than quality textured paper. The texture of the paper in the book distorts the photos. Total waste. Shutter Stock has way better glued bound photo books way nicer than this but he charges $40.00 to get the digital rights for just one picture. The brag book also came with the first page being an advertisement for his studio and it also had (3) referral coupons in it for $25.00 photo credit if you refer someone who uses him. Problem is that he only hosts your photos on his site for 3 months ( more or less on the package you order for the photo shoot) . By the time I received my ordered pictures, my photos are no longer up and I'd have to pay to have them re-uploaded, so the credits do me no good. I did rip out of the book his advertisement and the coupons. The Lux Paper is the photo mounted on foam core. Definitely not worth the extra $50.00 ( depending on the size, mine was 11 x 14). The wallets come 8 on a sheet and you have to punch them out yourself. They do not come pre-cut out. The regular photos ( 5 x 7, 8 x 10 etc) are of normal quality and were what was expected for the cost. ( $15.00 for a 5 x 7) So I give a 5 star for the actual shots, but a 1 star for the quality and cost of the prints. Average of 3 stars. If you use him, I highly suggest just ordering 4 x 6 of your favorites instead of the brag book it will cost a bit more but the book is terrible and not to order the Lux photos as you can mount the regular photos on foam core yourself if you really want it mounted or spend the $40.00 get the digital rights and have Shutter Stock do it for way cheaper. I left him a good review on his actual website but should have waited until I received the actual photos.
