Although the original photo was very old and very small, I think they did a very good job at enlarging it. They helped me pick the right size and shape that would look good for an enlargement, and I liked that they have so many different options and ways to enlarge (canvas, glass, photo, etc.). I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they told me I could come pick it up by the end of the week. They called me on Thursday and said it was done, which was great timing. My only complaint are the hours, if you work typical hours it's hard to find a time to drop off and pick up since they close around 4:30 pm; however, I guess you could come on the weekend if you live in the local vicinity. Overall nice workers in the store and I felt like I good a good value for what I paid for.

When we went to his house to clean it out, we found over 6,000+ slides tucked in the back of his closet. The family had been hemming and hawing over what to do with them, but for me it was no question. Get them scanned. I threw myself into research - I had comparison spreadsheets of everyone in the tri-state area who could scan slides. Fotobridge consistently came out on top. When I called them to get a few of my last questions answered, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that Fotobridge is where I needed to go. Their level of professionalism AND kindness made me feel fully secure in entrusting them with these important slides. I decided to step up the resolution scanning by one step - it gives my family and I the option to print off images larger. It took a few months (it was a LOT of slides), but Fotobridge was in touch throughout the process. We had regular check-ins with each other. There was never a question or request that felt 'too much' for them. At the end of it all, I was blown away with the quality. On top of that - my god.
