However - their progress was slow, above and beyond the insurance issues. I would have to poke and prod them to follow up. Even then, I stuck with them, even if it took until June 2026 for them to actually schedule the work on the roof. They took the downpayment for supplies and then.... NOTHING. After a few weeks, with NO call, text or email, a team delivered the materials but despite 6 separate contact attempts (two texts, two emails, two phone calls) I heard nothing for over a month. I'm now stuck with repairs delayed by six months, rainy weather, having to find a NEW roofer who will have to redo the arguments with insurance, and having to require my funds and get their materials off my property. Honestly, I'm expecting I'll need a lawyer before long. I'm giving them two stars despite my frustrations because I suspect they've had something or someone collapse internally. He proceeded to tell that due to the tree in my backyard, I would not get enough sunlight to ben from the solar panels. I told what the the salesman said and he reiterated that taking the 1 branch off the tree would still not help, he offered to show me. I said okay, then you to pack up yors and stuff and move. The Powerwall continually goes offline, with repeated attempts to reset its controller failing to fix the problem. Two years - and nothing but an expensive and unreliable result. If someone could ever actually fix the problem, then it would be great - but nobody has been able to do so yet. Continued service pleas eventually go ignored - even Tesla refuses to help. Great sales folks and installers were also good. Just an unreliable system.
