My wife came across them on Yelp! and we hired them to do the photo and video shoot for my parents' 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mind you, we hired them less than a month before the actual event. David and Jerome took the time to do a phone call with us and walk through the entire itinerary of the day from the ceremony at Mission San Diego through the entire reception at the Gaylord Pacific. I really enjoyed working with all of them. They were so kind, warm, and detail oriented. I can't say enough about Fate Studios and how they made this event a truly memorable event! I also pitched an idea to Jerome about doing an AI video of my parents, describing their love story and how they met 50 years ago in the Philippines. Jerome has years of experience as a filmmaker in the Philippines and has worked for one of their large TV networks there, so he's a pro. I was nervous that we wouldn't have enough time to take this video from start to finish, but Jerome assured me that he could deliver. We presented the surprise AI video to my parents after we showed their slide show and the crowd was truly mesmerized! Many of our guests told me that the AI video was an awesome concept. But let me say that David, Jerome, and their team were awesome! I feel as though I gained some friends for life. The second I met them in person it felt like I had known them for a long time. They also knew how to get my parents to take pictures. You know, once you get older the excitement for these kinds of things is not the same as when you first got married :). After reading numerous photographer reviews and looking through several galleries, one very in particular caught my eye. I contacted Zouls Photography. I walked in and asked if by any chance they did walk ins, the manager was super nice and told me that they did and asked if we wanted to take pictures since we were all matching lol. I don't know if this place went from people picture to people place if that's the name now she said she was the owner when I asked her for her name because I didn't get any good response from her. She was distracted by her son or grandson. She didn't asked any more questions and started walking away . It just seemed that she was rushing me out /getting rid of me. I had my baby with me and I was ready to take pictures. Her name is Laura. I think that's what she said and if you are really the owner of this place, you need to get more customer service practice because you lack that a lot no wonder your place is always empty. I used to go to this place all the time since my daughters were born. I used to be named differently and then it became people Picture and now is people place.
