He showed up on time and took great pictures. My mother in-law loved him and thought he was great. My wife said he was fun and made the getting ready part a blast. He kept everything light and fun. Her words, not mine. He got great pictures of our family and friends. Some my family and friends wish they could forget. Delivered the pictures quickly. I'd say about a week after giving approval on proofs. Like a week after we got back from our honeymoon. Plus an unlimited print release! Full resolution, no strings attached on DVD. Not just a handful of pictures, he gave them all to us! Even setup an online gallery/store that we could send quests to to buy pictures. That was great! Every other photographer we talked to had some issue with giving us the pictures at full resolution on DVD. Makes no sense. That's a big issue for me. I'm not gonna pay for something I already paid for again. They aren't doing anything special. Ordering them from walmart like everyone else. The experience was hassle free. He even got my buddy Tim to smile! I hadn't seen him smile in 20 years.

He did not seem to have a good eye for creative shots. I had to give him creative ideas. And the shots of me and the girls getting ready are almost non-existent. I was disappointed in the length of time it took us to get our pictures, he would tell us one date, and the date kept getting pushed back. we didn't get our photos until 3 months after they were promised to us. It was one excuse after another. And we constantly had to reach out to him, he was not very proactive with this information. After looking at our pictures, I was even more disappointed. Many were blurry and out of focus. It was evident that he didn't take his time with his camera. the worst part is that he only really took one picture of each pose, so if a picture was not in focus, that shot was ruined. Ordering prints and getting our package items was also a disappointing experience. Buyers beware... I'm not sure I have anything positive to say...

The idea of this post is to inform people of the great experience we had and that people should definitely consider using her for all sorts of photos. She has been in business for 10 years and has a wealth of experience. Two days before we arrived she sent us info about everything we would need to know so we would be prepared and ready for a successful photo session. I thought that was a nice touch. It was amazing to watch her work and we had no issues allowing her to handle Our newborn so she could get the best images possible. She made sure she told us everything she was doing, washed her hands more than necessary and, also asked us if we were ok with her doing whatever we she was going to do before she did it. At times our baby was rather uncooperative in that he didn't want to sleep and not a single time did she lose her patience. She really wanted him to go to sleep but he put up a heck of a fight. She hung in there for as long as necessary comforting him to get him to fall asleep. She knew the right times for diaper changes, feedings and could read him so she could work on appropriate photos/poses when the time was right for him. Her meticulous attention to detail and lighting was quite impressive. Listen, I went to college for art and she was showing me what a great photo was and what didn't work. Honestly, I didn't really see a difference. She paid attention to the position of his little fingers and so many other aspects I never would have considered in order to get the best photo for each "pose". My wife and I could not have been happier with the experience and we highly recommend people consider her. I personally think she gives far more than should be expected for the price when compared to other photographers. We will be going back to her for 6 month and 1 year photos as well. I do believe they should redo the process where they show you where to go on the boat and they should also definitely give you a map not have you take a picture of one on your phone. I was told so much stuff about keeping the boat in the right place and not damaging the boat that a part of me was actually nervous about taking the boat out. I also believe that you should get a full 4 hours out on the water for the price that you pay. I simply could not believe the amount of initials that I had to put on papers before I took the boat out.

Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. He would not take any money and only asked that we make a donation to help children. What a great neighbor!!! Thank you Jacob for your extreme kindness! We will make a donation in your name!

Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.
