I was really impressed by the customer service and professionalism of the staff, even if it was clear one person was kind of new. Because he was new there were a few shots that I could have skipped over and saved time knowing I wouldn't like them from the start, but we did get some amazing shots and a more experienced photographer stepped in from time to time to help guide and suggest poses. They were also very patient when we needed a short break for a diaper change and to settle a tiny baby meltdown. Thanks for making this mama happy!
