They said they would be 30 mins early for set up, however arrived 1 1/2 hours early to make sure we had electricity for them (which was stated in their contract) they came with a small generator just in case. That's my main disappointment is that no one that was working the Photo Booth told the MC to make announcements that there was a photo booth to go take pictures in. My son didn't even get any pictures because he didn't know there was a photo booth. And because it was such a big room and there were so many people end it was a tucked in a corner that it could be hard to miss. That was a huge disappointment!! I was bummed that I spent all this money and after the party people kept saying they didn't even know there was a photo booth. So many people didn't have their photo taken. Also, there were two people there working in the photo booth and the girl that was working the photo booth kept taking pictures of herself so when I got my link to get copies of the photos there were all these photos of this girl that nobody knew who actually worked with this company.
