Super impressed with the owner Larry and his worker who engaged the crowd and had up to date technology which allowed not only printouts of the photos but also ways to upload to social media quickly after. The worker came out and invited patrons of the event to use the photo booth which is good to coax out people who don't want to come off narcissistic however also don't want to waste an opportunity to be photographed dressed to the nines. There were fun props and the set up didn't take up too much space. Only suggestion is to potentially have iPads with the software to select photos and upload them to social media, rather than having a line form when leaving the booth. The screen was a bit small and I noticed the girls with long nails having issues being precise putting in their email addresses. First world problems. Larry let me know they've expanded to Tampa and are even expanding to Philly in the near future which is impressive for only being open 2 years. Larry is also a firefighter and all around nice guy so I would definitely recommend supporting this local business as they did a really nice job with the event. read more

I used Lux Boothz for a company holiday party and from start to finish the customer services was TOP NOTCH. I first communicated with Adelin whom was very detailed in the whole process and she was great at keeping communication throughout. The day of the holiday party the attendee Josh arrived 30 mins early to set up. Once he did, he explained to everyone how it worked whenever people came up to take pics. Josh was extremely professional, friendly and PATIENT because he had to deal with uncontrollable little kids that were at the party which were taking all the props to play with; something I myself would've been irritated by yet he handled so well. I really enjoyed the host that came along with the photo booth he was AMAZING and all of my guest enjoyed him as well! What I liked most about this photo booth were the features it came with, video recordings,custom logo and a USB that you get with all of the picture taken stored on it. I hired Lux Booth for my great niece's Rock Star themed 9th birthday party. It was a smash hit. Everyone loved the idea and it's just like taking photos in the old fashioned photo booth. I booked Luxboothz for my January wedding and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I had a last minute vendor cancellation, I was super stressed and couldn't find a replacement. A friend recommended Luxboothz after attending a birthday party that had a booth and she even mentioned there may be a promotion. I contacted the customer service number and was routed to Adelin who was in her car on her way home. She pulled over and graciously spoke to me for several minutes about the company and the services they offer. I was already apprehensive about ordering a Photo Booth for a party, because so many places didn't return my phone calls in a timely manner. However, Luxboothz actually answered my first phone call live. The woman answered all my questions and sent over a contract right away. I used Luxbooth for an event at NYU; from the very beginning dealing with Adelin was a pleasure. They sent over contracts, liability insurance information, etc. in a timely manner and were always available to answer my phone calls and emails (no matter how crazy my requests). Last night we hosted an event at our office for a brand launch. Luxboothz showed up very early to setup the booth, layout their props and demonstrate how the booth itself works. I reached out to SEVERAL Photo Booth companies and nobody compares to the professionalism that I found with Luxboothz. Adelin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded to my emails almost instantaneously, and was beyond helpful and patient (I had SO many questions!). Our attendant, Robin Clark, made the event so much fun!!!! He interacted with all of our guests and had us laughing the entire night. All of my guests had a wonderful time because of him. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM! I booked them for my wedding and booked them for 4 hours from 8pm -12am. The reception started at 7 and since we would only be called in at 7:30 then we didnt need a photobooth until 8. When I called to confirm the final details, the operator seemed annoyed and confused as to why id want to finalize details for my wedding. She also informed me that they were planning on showing up to set up at 7:30, while my reception was already going on. I was also informed that there would be noise while setting up and since the space they would need was right off the reception area, the noise would go on during my first dance with my husband. When I asked if they could come earlier just to set up, I was told I would need to pay an additional $175 just to set up, not even operating time! Then the customer service woman said "oh well it wouldn't matter because the man wouldn't be able to get there earlier" so he could've even potentially been late to my event. The operator was also insistent that my venue provide a curtain to put up, yet was disregarding the whole noise while the reception was already going on. When I told her to call my banquet manager and discuss the issues with her, she never did and I was fed up. It was so unprofessional and tacky to request more money for the attendant to show up and it wasn't even realistic request. When I told the operator that I wanted to cancel the contract and gave her my email, she said she didn't have it, yet I had at least 15 emails from just sept-nov. And even though I had spoken to her a number of consecutive days in a row, she couldn't remember when the even date was. I saved from my money being wasted on this amateur business. read more
