This company is the worst. They are always overpriced and underdeliver. They skip mows and bill you anyway, don't clean parts of the yard and then try to force you to keep them when you want to fire them. I'd never work with them again. read more

Lawn service work was good. With the exception that I would find my gutter kick outs all over my yard. My biggest issue with them, is they would bill me for weeks that they didn't come out to cut the grass. I decided to cancel service. BUYER BE AWARE, in their contract they charge a $350 cancellation fee for their lawn service. read more

In March 2016, PH Robinson tricked the organizers of the Brunner Parent Social into offering a fake gift certificate for a "Tricky Tray" raffle. This certificate claimed to provide the winner with a free plum tree supplied and planted by PH Robinson. However, PH Robinson never made good on their donation. The fundraiser was held on March 12, 2016, and initial calls to PH Robinson for the delivery and planting of the tree began in May/June of 2016. At this time the company immediately acted inconvenienced by our request for them to fulfill their obligation with unreturned phone calls, and disinformation. Despite that, they ultimately went through the motions of asking us to stake out a location for the tree - which we did on June 27, 2016. On July 17, 2016, they called to tell us that they were intending to be delivering and planting the tree the next day - though we were out of town, and the gate was locked. We could not get them access to the backyard, and had to ask them not to come that day, but were hoping for them to reschedule. Afterwards, we reached out every week until late September to reschedule - but to no avail. At this point, it only seemed reasonable to wait until the winter was over to begin the conversation again. Once the weather warmed up, we once again attempted to schedule - beginning in May 2017. This time, like last, we were met with unreturned phone calls. Finally, today they told me that they are not intending to honor their donation since it "had been two years". It is clear that if they had the tree to deliver and plant on July 17, 2016 - they would have been able and willing to deliver and plant it sometime before the end of the season back in 2016. They did not. Now, they are claiming that the certificate is too old, and that we, the winners, did not act on it in a timely fashion. A few weeks ago they lied and claimed that they tried to contact us to reschedule last year, but they couldn't get in touch with us. Nonsense. Ridiculous, false and shameful. It is obvious that they donated a certificate to a fundraiser that they clearly had no intention of honoring. When I told them that I would take the time to write this up for social media - to inform folks of their ethics and business practices, they seemed un-phased, as if it wouldn't affect their business at all. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. Let this serve as a warning to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them. PH Robinson is not the company you want to develop a relationship with. PHRobinson should be embarrassed by their actions, and penalized by the good people of our towns. read more

PH Robinson was perfect for our price range and what we desired for our landscape around the pool area. He sat with me and my husband and explained which would be good for the pool area and what bushes wouldn't, as we researched but had very little knowledge. He even came to me with the extra leftover mulch and made a suggesting to put around the swing set which I would of never thought of. He had great suggestions, ideas and was very easy to deal with. His workers were prompt and courteaous to me and my 3 children. Having a dog, the men were careful to shut the gate upon enterance. What was great, he was often seen onsite so I could personally speak with him. read more

I tried to post my review earlier but did not see it on the site. I do want to warn potential clients that their contract is very restrictive and they are not customer-friendly. I was billed for mows not performed (even when I seeded and told them to skip 2 weeks) and had to consistently call out missed work done on the property. I even saw them using a trimmer to mow my back yard. I used to have a full menu of services with them, but their fees were double those of others and the quality of work was inferior--like the fall clean up which was a glorified leaf blowing practice. This year I reduced my interaction to just mowing and could not be accommodated for later in week service and was told, even with my dissatisfaction, I could not cancel without a $350 penalty fee and full year payment (even if they did not perform the work). Whenever I elevated my concerns/desire to part ways, they kept sending me copies of the contract from 2 yrs ago--I would shop around, there are plenty of options. read more
